First of all,I would like to thank Amanda for taking her time to explain everything to me about the system,I was interested in. She treated me like family and not just a customer who was buying. Very professional and courteous. The presentation was outstanding the portfolio that she had on her laptop showed me everything that,I was interested in buying she explained each product and the advantages of it. She advised me of the installers that were coming called to check how everything was going with them and after everything was set up she did a follow up to see how,I liked the system and was ,I pleased with the service that was provided, 30 yrs. In the Marine Corps, I understand and know the importance of treating people with respect you treat them as you want to be treated and you’ll get a better ending as we say in the Marine Corps award the doers because they are out in the trenches as well as representing you because without them there’s no you, I’ve always showed my appreciation for my troops give them a weekend of or a letter of appreciation and ,I know it’s their job but rewarding them goes a long way with that being said you should consider giving Amanda at least a complementary dinner for two to show your appreciation even though it’s her job but she went far and beyond to make sure that,I understood everything that she was explaining outstanding job Amanda keep doing what you’re doing and as for Randal dido outstanding service Thank you,I appreciate the both of you, enjoy your dinner I’m sure that they will take care of you. On or about 10-13-18 the Geek Squad installed the soundbar; however, within a few days the soundbar, began to make a chattering sound on an intermittent basis regardless of what channel I was watching. It would last about 15 minutes and then return back to clear sound. Geek came out and rechecked the installation and said there was nothing wrong with the soundbar. They recommended that perhaps my cable box might be the problem. I went to Spectrum and changed out the box. It made no difference, .it continued with a muffering or chattering sound until my son came in from Texas. He looked at how the soundbar was installed. He said there were 2 or 3 ways to integrate the soundbar with my new Samsung TV. He then choose an alternate method. HARK, from that Thanksgiving night, my soundbar has functioned perfectly. I now love the soundbar and I would recommend this soundbar to anyone! Please disregard my previous review of this Samsung soundbar. Regards,Tiger84

It mostly does a good job but the way it holds soundbar up could be better. i would have tension screws to hold up. If you have a liitle weight one side drops down with some weight. No chance going to drop out to floor but soundbar hard to keep straight. Kind of a cheap design but functions for most part as it should.Despite this little issue i think i would buy again.

OUTSTANDING service!! Professional, knowledgeable and just really nice guys. Explained everything they were doing, gave a tutorial and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

The agents were very thorough. They made sure my soundbar was mounted properly and set up the device in a timely manner.

Ease of use, easy setup, amazing sounds, simple and should look good in Abu setting

The sound bar makes it easier to hear our tv. Clear crisp sound. It is controlled by my IPhone and very easy to use. You can also still use the phone when the tv is on.

The install and setup went fine, and the sound is great. However, only later have we noticed the sounder is a little off-center to the tv. Not a big deal, They are coming back to adjust.

Geek came out and had a ton of knowledge. Showed me some tricks with my new Nakamichi sound bar, sub and rear channels. He did a quick and professional install/mount and set up.

The guys were amazing! They were quick, knowledgeable and made things go smoothly! They showed me how to operate everything and put my mind at ease.

Eric Carrillo displayed a masterful skill set properly wiring (including neatly using zip ties), mounting and installing the soundbar and television set on the living room wall of my home. Eric’s expertise was not lost on me.

We wanted to have a soundbar mounted directly below each of two televisions, with no visible wires. The gentleman who performed the installation work did exactly what we wanted and the overall installation process was excellent ... he called before he arrived, confirming his arrival time, he performed the work in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction, he explained what he had done, and he demonstrated how to use the soundbars in conjunction with the televisions. We were extremely well pleased with all aspects of the service and we will not hesitate to use the Geek Squad for similar situations in the future.

The two installers were professional and very courteous. They did an excellent job of mounting the sound bar to meet our needs. Keith Smith was one of the two installers; I did not get his partner's name.

The Geek Squad guys are the best! The did a great job on installing out TV and sound bar, explaining how to use them, setting up the systems and then cleaning up after the work was done! Well worth the cost of having them do the work!

The Geek Squad is a fantastic service! I was completely unsure how this Roku Pro sound bar would work out for my over the fireplace mount. The Geek Squad was perfect in the installation of the TV and the sound bar. Perfectly aligned! I will never hesitate to have the Geek Squad do my installations

Did an Excellent Job in fixing the Sound bar. The technicians are very knowledgeable and very polite in answering even a simple questions.

The Agents did a wonderful job of installing the soundbar to the tv. We needed this over a year ago. Tv's picture was beautiful, but sound was not good any more. My husband decided after speaking with a few Agents that next time we were close to Lubbock we would go in and talk with someone in the store. It works beautifully. So nice to hear what is being spoken and not have to wear headsets. The agents were quick, efficient and very neat, and explained everything. Love Geek Squad and Tech Support.

Joe and the Geek Squad Team are phenomenal. They installed a new LG G3 OLED display, re-installed the Sonos ARC, and integrated the AppleTV; all on an articulating mount above our mantle. Looks absolutely amazing; all the cables are hidden and all the functions streamlined. The team even configured the sound, the picture and demoed how to work with the new system.

the guys that installed my new tv and soundbar are the BEST! they asked me my preference on how i wanted the installation on the wall and were so knowledgeable. they took the time to answer my questions. these guys are really good at their job!
