The techs did a great job installing the sound bar and explaining how to use the tv. They were extremely helpful as well in fixing the improper tv mounting done by a Best Buy 3rd party contractor.
However, I paid $250 for Geek Squad tv install and Best Buy sent a 3rd party contractor! They were HORRIBLE. They drilled 16 holes in my wall and improperly mounted the tv. I have spent 2 months trying to get Best Buy to rectify. They keep sending me to the contractor's insurer. The insurer is very responsive, but the contractor has yet to show up and repair my wall. Two months later and I still have large holes in my wall. Very disappointed with Best Buy.

i was a little bit apprehensive about how we were going to mount the TV in the sound bar on that wall and the geek squad asked me analytical questions to learn my preferences and then dialed in and perfect media room theater experience for me; thrilled couldn’t ask for better team than Avidan Mariel, jason,& Peter let them know how pleased we are

Kudos to the agents that came to our house for this set up. Due to a big mix up in the order, Josh went well above what was required to make sure we had everything. The original order was kind of messed up and they had to come back again, after ordering a part that was forgotten at purchase. Josh and his wonderful help made sure we were taken care of and everything was installed and checked out before they left.

Agent mounted and connected everything very respectfully and thoroughly we were beyond happy with his recommendation for placement. He was extra clean wore boot covers and picked up every scrap left behind. Great service.

Very professional. A positive "yes sir" or "no sir" response to all questions asked to them. Three techs arrived, only one was in charge (good command structure). A little bit puzzled by the programming the Dish remote in conjunction with the new television remote and online features. Only the person in charge knew how to solve the problems faced in the programming. Overall, a very positive and quick installation.

e bar was installed but the agents had concerns before arrival that it might not have proper mounts, so they brought another brand sound bar in case I did not want the original one. This is confusing as you would think I would have have had all necessary equipment purchased as well as having the Protection Plan included. BB could do better with this in the future.

The agents got the soundbar hooked up but did not go through all the settings to make sure the best sound was coming out. I was left to have to figure that out on my own. That was the main reason I paid for them to install the sound bar. I am capable of plugging things in.
However they did correct my tv problem I was having. That’s why I gave three stars since they did extra work.

Does the job well. This is a very modern looking appliance in stainless steel. The two retro rotary knobs are a plus, in my opinion. They make cooking very simple, with less to go wrong. First two dishes turned out very well. Cooking frozen French Fries is worth the price of admission alone. The instructions indicate cooking times and heat settings for very few foods. Expansive lists, however can be found on the internet.

The agents got the sound bar up and running. They showed up on time and installed a product received as a gift and not purchased from Best Buy. They did not come prepared to mount the sound bar but it works out as is.

Hands down so worth having the GS install/setup our new TV/sound system. The agent was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He made sure all was setup to our wants and needs. We would highly recommend both BB and their GS.

The agents mounted my sound bar quick as you please. Almost seemed like magic. They spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting why the base wasn’t connecting automatically and submitted a product complaint on my behalf when they just couldn’t get it working and advised me to do the same. (Turns out the sound bar needed a firmware update.) They also offered to remove the packaging. Fantastic service!
