Clint, Geek squad, has been the very best to work with. He made excellent recommendations based on our needs and came three times to help make sure everything was set up and working like we wanted. Communicated when he was arriving, neat when installing and exchanging, and a gentleman to help us understand how to use the new equipment.

I have the Vizio elevate sound bar and geek squad mounted to the wall. They did a excellent job making sure it is centered under the Tv. The team member answer any questions I had. He also made sure I was getting the best sound quality from the sound bar. I would definitely recommend having the geek squad hook up your surround sound system because of there knowledge of that type of equipment.

They were very professional and they kept to time as scheduled. Television was neatly mounted.

Nick, the Geek Squad tech, set up the soundbar and subwoofer to work with a new Samsung he installed at the same time. He was efficient, did a good job of explaining. Soundbars are new to us, but this one has been a good addition; our TV is on a cabinet and without the soundbar the sound would have been aimed from the bottom of the TV to the cabinet surface. The owner is very hard of hearing; the soundbar as set up makes it much easier for him to understand speech.

No mounting , simply set up sound bar which consisted connecting the tv with of and done. The tech explained how it works and how to best operate it, as well.

Patrick mounted the new speakers and bundled the wiring to the new tv so professionally. He was prompt, calling the night before to confirm the appointment as well as calling in the morning before leaving the store to say he was on the way. We discussed options for a new upgraded DVR, and that he could be scheduled for installation so that all the new tv, sound bar, speakers and new DVR could be synced.

Not really a sound bar install, just a single cable. it was to install the TV, do the set up, and was suppose to install the wall mounts for my surround spent speaker, but the mounts never came in, after 9 weeks waiting i have to go elsewhere I guess. They did a great just with the TV.

Team set up soundbar in no time at all, very professional

Geek Squad people were not aware of the capabilities of the soundbar or the new Sony Bravia TV it was being installed on. They were unaware of the Soundbar/TV S Center speaker system in which the soundbar utilizes the TV speakers to enhance the sound of the center channel. They were not going to hook it up until I insisted that they do. The overall installation was average.

I used my TotalTech to install a large OLED TV on my great room wall, Sono’s sound system, and Xbox X, re-install my Fire Stick, entered by subscriptions, configured, synchronized all my systems and I could not be happier with the service. Totaltech and the Geek Squad team members are worth every penny. They took their time, listened to what we wanted, offered meaningful suggestions, and pointed out equipment I bought that I did not need. Managed the returns and optional extras for me, so I did not have to go back to the Marks Street store, which is across town and a hassle with traffic. They respected the property, cleaned up after, took everything away including the old set, and gave me a direct number to call if I had any questions and issues post installation. I would recommend Totaltech, Geek Squad to anyone, good plan, and great technicians, and I am one that does not like or go for plans, a waste of money, Totaltech, Geek Squad is more than worth it.
