Geek squad always does a phenomenal job at delivering quality service!

They did a terrific job setting up my Roku 75 inch tv. Put it on my wall and adjusted everything. When they left thry cleaned everything up. All i had to do was sit back and enjoy the tv

The agents mounted my pre-existing sound bar to my new tv. They provided advice on the sound bar mount for a future purchase if I were to purchase a heavier soundbar. They also recommended I use a hdmi connector to connect my audio versus the optical cable.

Excellent, fast, efficient, knowledgeable squad. The first one they attempted to install was the wrong size for my Sonos soundbar and so when they finally got the correct size, the installation was quick and worked well.

The crew that came out knew what they were doing, did a quick job settling up the equipment and were able to solve another problem I asked help with. Definitely would recommend them.

I can't say enough about the Geek Squad. If you really want it done right the first time, then this is the team to call, Before they arrive, they check to make sure they understand what will happen. For me, this is the best part. This way I don't have to waste a day if there is something missing.

Install plus 2 follow up visits to get it working properly

The team connected my LG Soundbar to the new TV but the woofer didn't work. Six days later, the new TV stopped working, but BB sent me a new TV. The 2nd team noticed that the woofer was not working and corrected the mistake and it works now.

Can't say enough about Thomas and his teammate. They were efficient, courteous and really paid attention to the details. They not only installed the item put took the time to explain the app used and were very informative !

Very clean install and center tv and sound bar they I had a Samsung tv and the Sony are opposite one is high mount the other is low mount they made sure tv was centered on the wall

The geek squad guys were very professional, and made the installation of my Samsung Sound Bar look easy. They took the time to show me the set up and answered all my questions.

We highly recommend having Geek Squad mount your TV. We bought a 55" TV from Best Buy and decided to have it mounted. Bought a full motion bracket and an ad on sound bar bracket from Best Buy. Two very professional young people brought the mounts and mounted the brackets and TV in very little time. Great job!

Very professional and knowledgeable service. Geek Squad completed a soundbar bracket wall mount installation and connection for a 70 inch tv. They were certain to place it exactly where I wanted it and were certain that it worked properly before leaving. The membership is well worth the value!

These guys were awesome! They wall mounted and connected our SONOS Beam and Sony TV with precision and care. The TV had to be mounted within a wall unit - this took precision. They also stuck with it until the job was completed despite a difficult connection issue with the remote control and our cable box. These guys were awesome!

The Sound Bar was an added dimension to our new LG TV. It looks great and provides the necessary sound we were looking for. The quality is outstanding.
