Excellent installation of my sound bar. Very please with the results. Your technician was great to work with. Would recommend your service to anyone.

The guys who showed up to mount the sound bar did a great job. They used exact measurements and were very clean. Unfortunately the Samsung sound bar is trash. The sound cuts in and out it’s happened multiple times now. We bought a new HDMI cord to see if that would fix the problem but it did not So bestbuy is going to replace our sound bar for a new one. Hopefully it works

Did what they said they would do. They installed a matching Samsung sound at to My new tv. It was pretty cool. Quick and timely.

My device was mounted on the wall a clean mount it is a beautiful piece of Equipment with a big sound for the money

The product is fine. The mounting job was atrocious. Before my tech arrived he called to say he was on his way. I gave him clear directions that my townhouse was the very first unit on the left after the entrance. He said “ok”. I said “are you sure?”. “Yes”. Then I watched him drive past my unit. He called to say he couldn’t find my unit. I reminded him what I said before and he replied that he wasn’t paying attention because he was driving. When he finally came in he was expecting to just drop off the sound bar and woofer. I told him that I requested an installation of the sound bar onto the wall. He was surprised. He accommodated but he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He made 2 sets of holes above my fireplace and nothing lined up. I suggested that he install it directly on the wood fireplace surround, which he did. Check out the photos.

Overall review sound bar pretty good for being insignia qualities OK

First time I ever used the geek squad. Chris was fantastic, called the day before to confirm the time and he showed up on time. Chris was very professional in installing my tv on the wall. He made suggestions and brought addition items with him that I did not think of. For example longer hdmi cables. If i had to rate the installation in 1 to 10, I give him a 15!!! Oh and by the way the cleaned up everything and even took the boxes!!

AVS Install Service did an excellent job for Best Buy. They delivered, installed items and communicated throughout the entire process. Installer prepared work area in advance to eliminate debris on floor, set up tv to ensure all components worked properly, and cleaned up and removed all boxes. Installer also patiently answered questions. I will definitely ask Best Buy to AVS Installers for my next purchase.

The delivery and install persons,m(Geek Squad) especially Brandon, are super professional and install both TV and sound bar perfectly. Both Geek Squad installers are very nice and did all clean up. They helped with setting up and go over all the features of the Smart Google TV XR75X95J TV as well as the Sony HT7000 sound bar with me. Both Sony TV and sound bar work very well.

The agents were helpful and professional. They also installed my nanoleaf lights behind my TV.

Danny and Richard were awesome. They made sure that the system worked and that I was comfortable using it on my own before they left

The Geek Squad mounted my big 86inch TV, hooked up our DVD and DVR.They showed how to operate everything and explained everything in a simple way for us to understand.

Tech had the parts as needed for both my ordered service and knew how to set it up

Agents did not mount my soundbar and said that they indicated it on the invoice, so I expected a refund. I have called several times to try to rectify this and have not had any success. It’s been a disappointing experience. I have attached a picture of the sound bar.
