The Greek Squad guys were awesome! They set up our TV and sound bar and stayed until we understood how to use our TV and sound bar. I'm so glad we had them come to our home to set things up!

The agent that i spoke with and did my install was much more knowledgeable than my sales guy. The tech was well informative and answered all nu questions as well as performed my install. Great guy. Best buys lucky hes theres hard to find guys of his caliber.

Installed my TV and did a great job. Second time I have used them. My only suggestions is for customers is have them leave all the packaging with you in case you need to return the item. Put my beautiful tv over the fire place. 65 in really too be. Will return for 65

The men put my tv stand together then installed the strap to the tv stand, when finished you don’t see any wires or straps !! With a toddler pounding on the sound bar,knowing the tv can’t tip over is a nice feeling !!

The agents mounted my tv and even had to go above and beyond getting a cross threaded screw out! Even made it look so professional and neat by tying my wires up into one bundle. Hooked up my DVD player too! Setup entire system properly! No issues at all! Definitely we’ll worth spending the money for them to do it!

Awesome service. Our technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained our installation, how to use our new remotes and devices, left the rea clean and sleek looking with no visible wires, holes, or cords, and finished pretty quickly!

Worth the money! I was worried the sound bar would be too heavy (a previous review of the mount said it would slip down), but just goes to show its worth it to have some one who knows what they are doing install it. Quick, helpful, friendly! Would definitely recommend!

The service was great. The guys that did the work were professional and friendly. I did notice a couple of days after they left that the sound bar was crooked, but only a little bit.

They did a great job! They were on time getting there. They measured and hung tv on our wall .

The geek squad agents are fantastic!! I was able to text back and forth to iron out the details of when they would come to the house to hook up the sound bar. I’m glad they did because I don’t think I could’ve done a very good job.

My disappointment with the recent installation of my sound bar and television. Upon inspection, I noticed that both the sound bar and television were crooked and not installed in a straight and level manner. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. I had high expectations for the installation process and hired your company for your expertise in this field. However, I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and professionalism displayed during the installation. This has caused me inconvenience as I will have to arrange for the installation to be corrected after numerous which is not only time-consuming but also an additional cost. This company does not ensure high-quality service and attention to detail during installations to prevent such unfortunate incidents from happening again. There’s been many no shows, and attempts but no follow up by management. All customer service does is run around in circles, over promises and absolutely no satisfactory results.

Geek Squad techs did an amazing job installing and setting up my new sound bar! They were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would highly recommend the Geek Sqad for all installations. Our two techs are a credit to your organization.
