Sound Bar Fell Off The Wall within a week of installation.

This was the worst - Please contact me yo have a knowledgable crew come and fix it

I thought i could install the tv myself. No way, too heavy and had to be in a specific space! It was well worth the fee to have it installed extremely professionally by Steve and helper from the geek squad. The wall bracket was installed perfectly which lead the tv to fit centered in the limited space. They were safe, and very clean with everything. They set up the connections to the tv and taught me about the controls, and also connected my laptop, firestick and antenna to the tv. Should i need installation in the future from the geek squad i know a great job will be done. Thank you!

I purchased the nikamachi shockwave 9.1 surround sound system. I was able to talk advantage of Best Buy flash sale and installation. The geek quad came the day after I received my system. They were on time,clean, knowledgeable and polite and this home theater system is absolutely a dream come true at the right price

The agents who installed my sound were quick, polite and very alert to keep everything clean. They were also able to fix an additional issue and had the part with them. I couldn’t be happier with the Ggek Squad

The guys from Geeksquad are great! The installation of the Samsung soundbar matches perfectly to the Samsung TV! I appreciate them helping get all of the installation completed!

The technicians were on time, very friendly. They explained in detail how the sound bar and external speakers worked. They exlplained how the smaller speakers worked. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. We are ery happy.

Work was done professionally & took care to protect the existing condition during mounting. Took the time to update the rest firmware to allow the best sound quality communication between soundbar & subwoofer.

OUTSTANDING service!! Professional, knowledgeable and just really nice guys. Explained everything they were doing, gave a tutorial and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

This review is for the excellent Sony 5 channel sound bar. Thank goodness this unit has upwards speakers on each end or I’d suggest Sony’s 3 channel sound bar. Some out of phase bounce off ceiling but not enough to keep me from buying again. Nice looking but be aware of the mounting. Do to locations of connection points, couldn’t use direct connection to tv and had to mount directly to wall. Still love the sound.

I bought a Sony soundbar and I had it installed at my apartment. The installer did an excellent job. I also bought my 65” Sony tv at Best Buy a couple of years ago. I trust Best Buy and I always buy and deal with their company and I always wind up being very satisfied.

Brandon from the Geek Squad is so knowledgeable, friendly and so professional that I can’t tell you how happy I am. He installed my beam quickly and with such ease. I has questions and he took the time to answer everything. He recommended a perfect bracket that mounts to the TV with no need to make holes in the wall. Thanks to him I will continue purchasing from Best Buy!!

Awesome sound for music and movies! Installing was quick and neatly done by the Geek Squad.

They did a great job, eveing hiding the wires bot unfortunately the sound bar had to be returned b because pop a defect. I do think the price to install a sound bar($159.) should be less if you are also paying for the TV installation for $250. However they do neat fast job.

After installing my sound bar, there a little trouble getting it to sync with my TV. It was frustrating. I'm glad I had two excellent technicians there figure it out.

The guys were ok. Weren't as professional as I would had liked. They wanted to use my brand new furniture to do their work and were swearing a lot. Charged me 70$ extra for a bracket so just to Install my sound bar it cost like 250 which was about the same or more as it cost to have someone deliver my 85inch TV and mounted it to my wall. They did in the end wind up being ok and spent time going through my sound bar settings and how it linked to my Sonos system in my house. So that was nice. Service wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Took like 2 hours which seems long. At least they didn't damage anything and seemed to do decent work. But the crew that installed my TV was much better.

It took a while to get it scheduled due to staff issues, but installation was good. Enjoying the theater room.

the guys that installed my new tv and soundbar are the BEST! they asked me my preference on how i wanted the installation on the wall and were so knowledgeable. they took the time to answer my questions. these guys are really good at their job!

The Q990F has amazing sound. Alex did a great job setting up the system and rear speaker stands, give him a pay rase.

The agents mounted my sound bar and sub woofer. Also disconnected and cleaned out my equipment.PJ was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and understood my needs.
