Not completedIt's a nightmare everything from the beginning

The Geek Squad called the day of our original appointment to say they needed to reschedule because of illness. They issued a new appointment date and said they would call the day before to set an arrival time. No one called. No one showed up for the appointment.

Did not really show me how to use Windows 10. He suggested I use YouTube.

Excellent service. Right on time. Did a wonderful job. Thorough.

Geek squad updated two idle computers quickly and efficiently

Connor Jennings, the technician who recommended and installed my new Best Buy purchase, did an excellent job. I appreciate that he installed the large device in a place that was not visible or an impediment. He also gave a thorough explanation of how it works and what to do if I have any problems in the future.

My husband is going through early dementia and can no longer use his computer like he did in the past. The agent set up icons on the main screen so he could easily get to the places that he uses a lot. This is not the first time that they have come to our aid and may not be the last. We are both 77 years old and are not computer savy!

Kevin arrived on time. Briskly and patiently went through the list of questions I had with my new Chrome laptop. Bought this to replace my 17 inch laptop with its heavy load of files accumulated over 6 years, running a small business , several real estate transactions, etc. Now retired.

Michael Ick, is the best agent you have. He is knowledgeable, he answers all my questions, no matter what how long it takes to answer. Best of all he finishes the job and explains to me what went wrong in terms I can understand!! Love Michael!!

The heart of today's visit was to troubleshoot the frequent disconnects of my 2021 MacBook Pro. Ryan discovered that My Apple Airport Time Capsule which I replaced May 2018, that same month and year, Apple stopped technical support that same month and year. Connexion with be hooked up on June 8, and he'll follow up on June 9 to see if connectivity is reliably restored.

Very satisfied with the help to clarify my difficulties in using the laptop computer. and also inroducing some useful tips. He was able to clean up on unneccary detail in the computer and incrreased the speed of operation.

Jon ,as usual did a great job reviewing all the functions of our new lap top. he also verified that i did ok setting it up.

I moved from another location and Richard was able to get me up and back online in a short amount of time. I would have never figured out all the wires by myself.
