STOP MOVING APPOINTMENTS W/O CUSTOMER BEING TOLD

This service was scheduled for Sunday, 10/16/22 back in September prior to our vacation. No one showed on 10/16 and I called to question WHY??? I was told that appt was moved, w/o my knowledge; new date 10/17; rec'd call on that day stating that Geek called in sick; reschedule to 10/18/22.
