installer a contractor for Best Buy and had to deal with Denon system to get the new TV to work. Accomplished well

Our old TV was large and very heavy. So, it was worth the extra fee and very convenient for Geek Squad take it with them upon installation of our new TV.

The price including free setup from sony was a factor in my purchase. The picture quality and sony's reliability sealed the deal.

The in home install and haul away were awesome. The guys were professional and able to get everything hung and set up in a short amount of time. I do wish that the sales person would have informed us at the time of purchase that the actual setting up and run through of the TV was an extra cost.

Haul away of old large, heavy plasma TV. Everything went as planned. I was surprised by how well it went. I was wondering how I would get rid of my old TV. This was a perfect solution

The Geek Squad loaded up my old TV and took it away promptly to be recycled by Best Buy. This was such a help to me.

Jose and his partner came and grabbed the old TV as they dropped on the new one. They were nice and gone in under 5 min.

Properly installed the TV and audio system. The setup to use ATT Uverse programming. Tested the audio and explained the function. I think the either did not know or forgot to mention the Sony speaker system also handles STEREO 5 speaker system
