The Service Team (2) came in with new 55", removed old/not working TV in MBR, removed TV in den and replaced in MBR after installing provided stand, installed new 55" in den, made sure both TV's were operational, the new TV was properly connected and gave usage instructions on new set. The whole time not only being professional, but very considerate, cordial and understanding of all concerns and questions. Keep in mind with their installation comes added installation coverage and future coverage should it be needed. Also - the old, malfunctioning set was removed and taken away at no added expense. Just a smart and easy way to complete (multiple) installation.

Prior to purchasing a new LG OLED TV I have always setup my own systems. I choose to have the Geek Squad deliver and install the new TV and I couldn't be more pleased. Jacob and Seth were on time, polite and very efficient. I highly recommend the services of the Geek Squad. They also took away the old TV, which was great.

Crew doing install and haul away was first rate. Begging a customer for a review and then requiring a minimum character limit for a review is pretty annoying and off putting. Dear Best Buy - whoever designs and/or conducts your review process - you should consider replacing them.

We needed to replace our old big screen TV. Sony 77” OLED bravia. Price and performance were exactly what we wanted. We best buy install it. Geek squad was knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything done.

Team came in and replaced the old TV with a new one. Fast efficient and very knowledgeable about connecting the surround sound. Great picture, bright but definitely needs a speaker system. Built in speakers are worthless!

Great experience with the team assigned to me for this service. Excellent communication by the lead (forgot his name) before and during the delivery, installation, and haul away. They were on time, courteous, professional, efficient, and very helpful! Answered all of my questions and took extra time to readjust the tv when I felt it was too low on the wall. They made sure I was happy before they left on a busy day - 2 days before Thanksgiving.

Our installers also took away our old TV after they had installed our new TV and soundbar. They took great care with our old products as well as our new ones. They were on time, got right to work, explained everything to us as they were doing it, and answered any questions that we had. What a great overall experience.

Service was above and beyond. They sorted out a power issue to my sub and tuned my 9.2 system and now it sounds better than ever! Installed the new 77” TV perfectly. They had to move the entire mount to get it exact. Hauled away the old tv and trash. Bottom line, even if you think your install is simple bring in Geek Squad because there is always something that need to be addressed.

Mike and Chris installed our Samsung tv with the upmost professionalism. They were courteous and respectful of property not to mention they explained how our tv works, in detail. Thank you Best Buy, your geeks are the best!

This TV was a replacement for our former LG TV that died as the result of a programming upgrade. The picture is fantastic! The installation team did a great job and set it up so that it would turn on to the cable box input. I was very happy with this. I would highly recommend Best Buy for future purchases and installation.

Thank you Best Buy for hauling away our old television! I used the packaging from our new TV that I bought from Best Buy to package up our old TV, informed the hauling team that the box is outside of the garage and to please just pick up the box, no need to go to the door. They did as I asked! Thank you!

These men were so helpful. Thet also had great recommendations to make my appointment work for me. They stayed until i was aware of all my options and wrote down the numbers of products i needed and they recommended. They also took care of letting store what i needed and handled everything before i got to the store. Thank yiu guys for the great service
