Third party provider came on scheduled date time and moved/ setup tv to another desired spot. Service provided with no issues and would use again.

The installers did a great job. I'm a senior citizen, so the only thing I did in the whole process was hold the door for the guys.

The haul away was nice but it should not be $50 when you purchase a TV of over $500 or more dollars. The gentlemen were great taking it out but really no effort involved for the price.

It was my understanding I had contracted for "In-Wall" installation. However, this wasn't done. To be honest, I didn't question it because this was installed in a ADU/Mancave and the cable run is not visible even though it was not installed "in-wall" and I didn't believe it necessary to raise the question. However, the work done was efficient, clean and expeditious. The technicians were professional and respectful of my place using booties as they entered and exited the premises. I would have rated this 5 stars if it had been installed as promoted.

The in home service was excellent beyond excellent. Adam and Nick were on time, professional, gave good advice and really nice people.
