My new TV was mounted over the fireplace. The Geek Squad team did a great job mounting, installing and setting up the TV. They were very professional, answered all my questions and did a great job in all respects.

I tend to always go to BEST BUY simply because they do a great job providing me with any support I need. DO I pay more sometimes? yeah, but in the end it's worth it. Try having someone fix an online order from AMAZON - good luck.

This service was included in my TV purchase. I would not have tried mounting the TV to the wall on my own. I am so glad that it was included with my Samsung TV purchase. I am enjoying my wall mounted Samsung TV.

Worth the money to have them mount the tv. We tried with a different tv and ran into several issues that required us to rehang out mount a couple of times.

I had the Geek Squad install a full motion wall mount and an in-wall power extension for my 65 inch television. Other than answering a few question, it was a relaxing afternoon and the results are wonderful.

I will NEVER attempt to mount a tv after having Best Buy doing it. They were consummate professionals who showed up on time, friendly, addressed any concerns about the installation and took care of us 100%.

Amazing job done by geek squad in mounting the tv. Centered it just like I wanted and consulted my with the height. Did a very professional job with cleaning up the holes and cleaning up the mess afterwards.

The guy that came to mount my TV was soooo nice, knowledgeable and really wanted to do a good job. He wasn't in a hurry just to get out of there. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves some recognition.

I have always been very impressed with the Geek Squad. They were quick, precise, did a great job of concealing cords and making it visually appealing. They asked all the right questions to get it exactly as I wanted.

Got the Rocketfish full motion tv mount to go on my Samsung TV. Geek Squad installed it and looks great over the fireplace. Nice to be able to move the tv around to different positions.

They did a great job I couldn’t for the life of me find the studs and they had a hard time to but in the end they figured it out, great job and friendly

The geek squad members installed my TV mount and mounted my TV in no time. The were very concerned about not disturbing anything in my house. They wore booties on their shoes so they would not dirty my floor.

My application for this was the Geek Squad doing a full upgrade of my existing home theatre, including changing out a wall mounted 50" plasma for a 65" LED in the same place. They also did a great job measuring how the new one would fit as there was a faucet potentially blocking the new one. The only problem was when I was initially purchasing the system. The clerk at BB insisted that I had to buy a new mount, in order for BB to guarantee the installation ("...otherwise, if it falls off the wall, we don't know it wasn't a bad mount and we can't cover it...)". This would account for 4 stars as the Geek Squad installers said that was wrong and indeed reused my mount. So why did I give 3? When my wife returned the unused / unopened mount, it was apparantly on sale and so she was only able to receive the sale price back, not the full price we paid.

I needed the Geek Squad's help to mount a 70 inch tv above a fireplace and on a brick wall. My installer was prompt, knowledable, and professional. He made his job look easy. The service was well worth the money!!!
