The Geek Squard from BestBuy were wonderful. Installed my flat screen tv on the wall. Everything was done professionally and they made sure everything worked properly with the remote and other components.

I had a sound bar that was really difficult to hang because you needed a template, which I had lost. It took the Geek Squad installer a bit to figure it out, but he did so way quicker than I would have. Glad I got this service.

DURING THE INSTALLATION, THE SUPERIOR WAS INSTALLING THE NEWLY PURCHASED 75” THROUGH BRICK AND MORTOR ALONE. WITH THIS BEING SAID THE GENTLEMEN WORKING UNDER HIS SELF DID THE INSTALLATION IN MY MASTER ROOM, WHICH WAS THE TV FROM THE LIVING ROOM. IT ONCE COULD; PULL OUT, ROTATE, MOVE SIDES ALL THE GOOD STUFF. NOW WE CANT EVEN TOUCH IT FOR FEAR THE TV WILL FALL OFF THE BRACET OR THE BRACET FALL OUT OF THE WALL ALL TOGETHER. THE REASON WE DID NOT MENTION THIS TO Best Buy? WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT THE HOUSE 2016 AND GO THE FIRST TV INSTALLED THEY BROKE THE HDMI CORD INSIDE OF MY FIREPLACE AND ALL THAT WAS DONE WAS A WIRELESS HDMI THAT DOES NOT EVEN WORK! SO I CANT SAY THAT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE OR WOULD ONLY DUE TO THE SUPERIOR INSTALLER IS AWESOME.

Called to update me on eta. Assessed the install. Provided me options and recommendations. Took the box for me to dispose. Helped me moved my other tv to a different location. Couldn't ask for better service.

The Best Buy team did an awesome job in the install of our large television. Placement was perfect and such great care was taken with the television and the rest of the area.

Installed & mounted the tv above the fireplace in our new home. When the tech saw it may be a little much for him alone, he called for help instead of chancing it. They were great at explaining everything.

We were considering to use the same mounting that the previous owners had. Good thing we didn't. One of the brackets was not actually mounted to a stud. Geek squad saved us from having the tv from falling.

The tv was mounted professionally and perfectly. I wasn’t sure about having a tv over the fireplace but he centered it and it works beautifully. Outside tv was mounted just as well!
