Geek Squad came out to install my tilting tv wall mount. And also attached the tv after the install. Very professional! They also showed me how I can remove the mount in the future.

The guys that came to mount the TV were knowledgeable and polite. And they even brought a vacuum to remove the dust that came out of the wall when putting in the screws!

He drilled a hole in the wall for the in-wall cords only to discover that he couldn't complete the project (additional fire barrier)- He did put a (white plastic) cover on the hole (painted panelled wall- NO easy fix). I would be hesitant to use the Geek Squad again bc of this ( I would think that you would make sure the project could be completed before drilling the hole- made worse bc we had the wrong one initially so he told us what to buy ...and yes, he was at the house and had mounted the TV first when he recommended the one we exchanged for) I am left with trying to figure out a solution. I did file a claim- with zero customer service and when you call it's to leave a message for a call back, which never happens...

Geek squad crew did an outstanding job on delivery (75" TV), un-pack, mounting, clean-up etc. Very patient on explaining how the remote worked etc. Great experience, highly recommend.

Geek Squad efficient and set wall mount and television balanced -distance from side walls and level and with good tilt for viewing and access to "plugs" in back of television.

Geek squad came as scheduled and made easy installation of tv. They reviewed everything about the tv and insured I felt comfortable about the tv operations before they left.

The mount is perfect for our TV, and much easier than we had before, which was too close to the wall. This mount allows us to tilt and bring the TV out from the wall with ease.

The two guys that came out to install our tv and sound bar were very knowledgeable and informative to all the questions we had regarding the set up and the use of the equipment.

The head installer was very good as making sure the job was done properly, but the other installer was quite clueless as to procedures. Overall I would recommend them again.

I didn't trust myself to properly mount a 70" TV. Plus Best Buy stands behind it if something should go wrong and living in Southern CA w possible earthquakes I'd rather have it done right.

The technician measured twice. He marked the wall with tape instead of pencil marks. He attached the tv with ease and cleaned up from the drill holes he put in the bricks

The guys went above and beyond. I got some incorrect information from phone and chat and they explained everything correctly to me. They did a great job; my TV is mounted perfectly.
