Chris and William were great! They gave me a call to give me a heads-up that they were on their way and estimated time of arrival. They respected the current COVID rules by wearing their masks, keeping social distancing, along with wearing foot coverings so that they didn't track mud into our home. They did an outstanding job mounting our television and hiding the wiring. They were very sociable and professional. They answered all of our questions regarding how to work our new smart television and connecting to the internet. We were very appreciative of their service.

Due to viewing problems related to the viewing angles afforded by the original TV mount and how it affected 3D and 4K viewing, we decided to have Geek Squad wall mount our TV. The TV is a LG 75 inch UH8500 series. Although the crew arrived a little late, they were very efficient and installed everything quickly. They even discovered that the mount/TV stand had been improperly installed when the TV was first delivered, corrected the problem, and offered to cancel the work order if I would be happy with the corrected TV stand viewing angle. I decided to move forward with the installation. The Geek Squad was courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up the job site before leaving. I am very happy with both the mount and Geek Squad service.

The Geek Squad team Justin and Jason did an outstanding job installing my new 65" Sony TV on my existing mount and installed my TV that was on the old mount in my bedroom on the new mount that I purchased from Best Buy that was recommended by Justin from the Geek Squad. The work was done very quicker and to my utmost satisfaction. The two techs were very professional and had a world of knowledge.. I will never install a TV or any audio equipment ever again. I will leave it to the Geek Squad professionals. They will in fact come back to install the soundbars I bought through there recommendation at Best Buy. They will also be callabrating my new Sony TV after two mounts of use, another recommendation of there's.

Since we prefer the flexibility of TV viewing being either in a fixed position within custom-made cabinetry or being able to move the TV at varying angles from other points in a very large room, this mount delivers effortlessly. In extending the TV mount, it opens comfortable viewing to a larger audience so no one misses the programming from any vantage point. Also, to assure additional safety, Drew Alpuerto of the Geek Squad reinforced the space behind the cabinet back panel prior to installing the TV mount. With numerous news accounts of inadequately secured heavy items falling on children and pets, we were grateful that this additional service was provided.

I wanted to be sure and thank the pair of Geek Squad installers who came and removed my pre existing 55" TV from the wall and hung my new 65" 4k TV on the wall. I had to leave for work and rather than try to have my elderly mother explain what she doesn't understand, I left directions printed out to follow. They followed it to a T !! I couldn't have been more pleased. They cleaned up and even sent me a text message with a picture of new TV hung up. Making sure I was happy with the way it was done. Great tech! That is so appreciated and professional. Thanks so much to the installers.

Excellent knowledge of the individual , who did this installation of TV and also did Mount "Projector" which was delayed by another technician about 2 weeks due to missing part !!! But the other part was not even needed and delayed installation of projector( another order.. not this order) - But this technician was able to quickly mount projector as well without any additional parts !!! I am happy with TV installation and also the projector MOUNT installed by this technician !!!!

Worth every penny it cost. I would have spent all day plus some trying to figure out what I needed to do to install 3 wall mounts, move 2 TV's AND install an new 65" HDTV. Plus find an extra pair of hands to help me with the installation. And then I would have to program all the remotes. The squad were in, installed everything, programmed the remotes, and showed me how everything worked before leaving - all in about 2 1/2 hours. And then when I had a problem with video transmission between my DirectTV DVRReceiver and my TV, they came out and fixed the problem free of charge. I love GEEK Squad. Rick

The Geek Squad mounted our TV over the fireplace using the mount and brackets we purchased based on the site survey that was performed a week earlier. When the technician called prior to his arrival, he was surprised that we were mounting over a brick fireplace. He wasn't sure if the equipment we purchased would work. He contacted another technician that had experience in mounting over brick fireplaces and they both arrived to look at our installation. In the end, we had three technicians at our place installing the mount and TV. They did an awesome job.

Johhny C who works out of the Bee Cave Best Buy did an amazing install for me. Mounted my TV on the wall and installed a soundbar and BluRay player. He was very professional and described exactly what he was doing. All cables were tied off and hidden... totally clean look. He took the time to explain my new system and answered all my questions. I needed to mount another TV in the bedroom and was able to request Johnny for a 2nd install. He did another perfect installation on that job, too.

Purchased a new 55” t.v. and planned on mounting it to the stand I had my current t.v. on. After having t.v. delivered and reading mounting instructions I got nervous about potentially damaging it. Did not want to risk it, decided to have the Geek Squad come and do the mounting. Great communication on arrival time and the squad was efficient and professional. Very happy with service, well worth it for the peace of mind.

Bought this for a 55" Curve. Love it! Like this option over wall mount. It allows for a larger TV to fit on a stand that would not have fit otherwise. Other choice, wall mount. Wall mounting is fine if you don't mind holes in your brand new walls that may have to be repaired in the next few years. This stand allows the TV to swivel and to tilt. Even if your TV does fit nice on your stand I would recommend this very sturdy stand as it allows you easy access to the back of your TV too!

The young men, I wish I can remember their names, -- Did a terrific and very careful job of mounting and setting up our Samsung 65" LED TV and Wall Mounting. There were some unforeseen glitches-- but they handled it very professionally -- and took in our furbabies ( doxies ) constant licking and interfering attention in gracious stride. After several months-- we have had no glitches nor problems. Excellent work guys!!

I purchased a new television and because of just getting back from the hospital I was not able to attach the mount for the television to the wall. I called the Geek Squad for help set up an appointment and they sent out Chris who gave me options on where the best position to watch television would be and secured the television mount to the wall. Very nice clean job.

The installers were very polite and professional. I thought the mount was very stiff for the amount I paid. I was very upset that the store manager, John Thomas, was extremely rude and disrespectful to my family. I have spent much more than $10,000 at Best Buy already in 2017 but will actively look for other options to spend my money. I would think that a company in the customer service industry would want to treat their customers better.

These guys were amazing. They came in, put on shoe covers so that they would not track dirt into my house. I told them where I wanted the TV mounted, and they immediately went to work. When they were done, they cleaned up the dust and removed all of the boxes. They then gave me a demonstration on how to work my TV. This was truly a great experience, I had my doubts about the Geek Squad, but they proved me wrong. I would definitely use them again.

These guys were excellent! They were efficient and were very courteous even to my 2 year old grandson who wanted to watch the tv wall mount installations. They even warned me of the noise of the drill so it wouldn’t scare my grand children! There was nothing to clean up after them and my furniture was even put back in place. They were “thebomb.com”

Ok I did not want to install tv on wall myself. So since I was a total tech member I saved some money. The GS guys did a very good job with one small hiccup. They were able to hide a power strip and cable box out of sight behind the tv securely (I learned something new). I later found out they accidentally had covered up access to one of the tv mount adjustment screws - which I was able to reposition the cable box with not much effort. Overall I am pleased with the install.

I had actually booked a different company, but saw there was a sale on the Geek Squad installation. I quickly cancelled the other company and I'm so glad I did. From the moment they knocked on the door and covered their shoes in little bags, to the end when they swept up every little bit of dust, I was blown away. The two guys were extremely pleasant and patient too. Next time I would definitely use Geek Squad, even if it isn't on sale.

I was skeptical about getting mounting service done by Geek Squad, specially when there dozens of others promising same job for much less. I think I took the right decision, these guys were very professional, clean, quiet and knew what to do - they made minimum disruption to my routine and got the work done. If you don't want to take the day from work and leave everything on them, these are the guys for you!

The Geek Squad guys were great. Showed up on time and set to work completing the job most efficiently. They ensured the wall mount was securely in place, hung the TV and connected the cables. They explained the TV's operation and demonstrated the features of the multi-position mount. Thankfully power and HDMI cables had been pre-installed by the builder, so overall install went smoothly. Cost was reasonable.
