The 2 men were very organized, with specific jobs for each. They held the mount in different places and allowed me to decide where it should go.

The Geek Squad were very informative, professional and eager to please us. One name I remember is Patrick. They are the reason we know how to operate the TV.

They missed the first two time windows and had to take an entire day off. They were supposed to show up at 8-12 and didn't get there until 7 PM. Managers fixed it by offering me discounts on future products but beware of scheduling issues.

I needed help mounting a 51-inch TV in my den. Geek Squad was on time, thorough, and did not damage my furniture or walls. I would use them again for installation.
