They installed my tv mount and tv to the wall and hooked up my sound bar couldn't be more happy with the service.

The 2 men were very organized, with specific jobs for each. They held the mount in different places and allowed me to decide where it should go.

I got Geek Squad TV mount service for my LG OLED 65B6P since the TV mount I initially got (Sanus from Magnolia section) had $200 discount if I get the Geek Squad service, so it paid for itself. And also, that meant I won't have to find a second person to lift the TV very carefully - LG OLEDs are very thin on screen - thinner to almost as thin as iPad air. BestBuy sold this Sanus BXF130-B1 confirming that it will fit my TV and I found on their website (sanus) that it will. Now comes the the day of mounting - Geek Squad guy saw the mount and immediately told me that it won't fit and will extend from the bottom of the TV. He had similar experience with same TV and mount a couple week ago. He then called his manager and found a full motion mount for me (Rocketfish) which then they sold it to me. He said that sales people at BestBuy need to call them before selling such products and that he will let them know not to sell this mount for LG OLED. The Rocketfish mount did fit perfectly. However, the TV as they mounted is not perfectly straight and makes me sad every time I notice it. I was expecting it to be perfectly mounted given they are expert in mounting. It (Rocketfish) doesn't feel as quality mount as Sanus, but that was the only (wait until later in review) option for full motion mount and LG OLED. I wanted to find a good quality Sanus mount that feels sturdy, so I went back to BestBuy, and to my disappointment, no one at BestBuy were able to get hold of GeekSquad TV Mount team! Instead, they gave me the number and asked me to call them my self. Surprised me, did call GeekSquad number but the guy on phone was clueless, he transferred me to another guy and he asked me to go to store. Angry me at this point, asked for manager of the store to come. He was not knowledgable either. Finally, I got frustrated with all of 'em and went to find a mount myself. I did finally find a Sanus mount that would fit my TV - Sanus BLF213-B1. However, now they won't comeback and replace the mount free of charge even though it was their fault not knowing what they are doing - I can find a mount myself, but the "experts" can't - shame. So now I have to live with a mount (Rocketfish) that I don't like and a not-so-straight TV. I would say find someone else to mount it or mount it yourself with help of a friend - it's not really a big deal.

The geek squad mounted my older, heavier TV and did an excellent job. They had to go to a different model mount and made a second trip out with no charge.

The Geek Squad came to my house, suggested what we needed and then installed it just where we wanted. Very professional folks!

They missed the first two time windows and had to take an entire day off. They were supposed to show up at 8-12 and didn't get there until 7 PM. Managers fixed it by offering me discounts on future products but beware of scheduling issues.

The techs rocked. They knew what they were doing and were open to our questions during the install. They wanted us to be happy with the results and we are.

I purchased the add on wall mounting with the 49" Samsung I bought for a gift. Was the perfect add-on to ensure it was mounted correctly and done.

They did a good job mounting and connecting a new TV. The guys were respectful, cleaned up and put everything back afterwards and worked efficiently. TV is still hanging and still works which is all that matters.

Very professional "Geeks" came out and installed TV mount and mounted 52" TV. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I received. Will definitely use again.

There are several on the market and am totally pleased with all of the features of this wall-mount. I can turn, swivel, and tilt....I do those moves a lot.
