The geek squad was on time and very professional. They were fast and thorough. They were also extremely kind. They did a wonderful job.

I highly recommend purchasing this product. I Iove the options it gives me to be able to move my TV in any direction to accommodate my viewing.

TV was mounted and centered at the perfect height to the wall. The technician had all the wires hidden and the cable box was also hidden.

Instead of if using pass through to run the cable behind the wall Rod installed a cable outlet behind the TV. I couldn't be happier.

The mount is good, but we were told the wires would be hidden, they are not! We can see the wires hanging below the tv - the installers tied them together, but they are not hidden -I am disappointed. The installers said normally they make a hole in the wall and bring the wires to the floor behind the wall (can't do that when the wall is brick)...a question that should have been asked when selling this mount to us. Another complaint is that the mount is too close to the wall to use RCA jacks from my older BOSE sound / dvd player. The installers told me I now have to buy another dvd player with updated hdmi cables if I want to watch any dvd's.

The mounting system gives us flexibility to slide the TV left and right and tilt it a little. It is barely visible.

I had concerns about using the Geek Squad for the mounting of a large TV, but they were reliable, creative, friendly, kind, and smart.

I would highly recommend letting the geek squad do the installation if you are planning on having it done correctly and professionally.

The techs took their time explaining what they were doing and made several great recommendations. We were happy with the service.
