Perfect job mounting my television. The mounting hardware installed on my television makes its use on the wall extremely easy. TV tilts and moves on the wall with ease. I highly recommend geek squad for the installation they did on my television. They answered all questions and even came back to re-check my television when I thought I had a problem.

We purchased our Sanus - Premium Series Full-Motion TV Wall Mount for Most 42 - 90 Flat-Panel TVs with our LG - 65 Class - (64.5 Diag.) - Oled - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV and had best buy install them. Dustin Bouschet was the Geek Squad agent who did the mounting. He was very efficient and did his work quickly and professionally. We are very happy with his work and recommend him.

Two gentlemen arrived to hang the TV. One was obviously more well-versed in the art of hanging a TV and made the job go very efficiently. The other man appeared to be an apprentice and did most of the running and prepping. Both of the guys had friendly personalities and were pleasant to talk to while they did the job.

They arrived on time and were very professional. This was the first time we have mounted a screen on the wall, and they helped us to understand what they were doing and offered options for our viewing the screen. Also, they knew how to hook up the smart TV screen to our internet, which was very helpful. We weren't sure if we wanted it on the wall, but now we wouldn't put it anywhere else.

Samsung - 55" Class - LED - NU7100 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. Raul installed the new Samsung by himself and programed the DirecTV remote and showed me how to operate the Samsung remote. And took all the trash that we had purchased in the store. He was kind and courteous. I would highly recommend. He will be back to Calibrate the picture.

I purchased a 65 inch TV to go over the fireplace, as well as a mount to hang it on the wall. I was very happy with the installers, as they were professional and very willing to explain things as they were doing the job. Speaking as someone who had never mounted a TV before, I have no reservations about paying extra for Geek Squad to do this install and would highly recommend it.

The installer arrived on time and got right to work. After telling him where I would like it hung he looked for and found the appropriate studs and went to work. Once the wall mount was up and secure, he actually hung from it full body weight, I would estimate to be about 180 pounds. So now I can relax and be fairly certain that my new 75" QLED Samsung will not fall off the wall.

We've moved around the US and have frequently used the local Geek Squad resources to set up our home audio/visual system. This group assigned recently from the American Fork, UT store to get us going following our move were fantastic. Attended to cable management, sound levels where we wanted them, layout. Amazing how service varies from one locale to another. I'd have these guys help again!

Geek Squad called and gave me a heads up that they would be here in about 30 min. Perfect. Didn’t have to wonder when they were approximately coming. They came in measured everything up installed everything set it up and showed me how to make changes to what they set up. When they were done everything was cleaned up and they took all the boxes with them. Very happy.

The GeekSquad did an outstanding job. They were very professional and more importantly, very accurate. They had no trouble professionally mounting my 65" 4K TV above my fireplace. They spent extra time cleaning up and making certain that the stand was well attached to the shiplap board without wobbles. I was very impressed. Would use the GeekSquad again in a heartbeat!

Manny and Brandon were personable, friendly, and did an excellent job in mounting my two TVs. They were respectful with our walls and furniture making sure that the jobsite was clean before leaving. I would definitely have them back in our home should we have anything else to install.

The Geek squad was awesome from beginning to the end! They came is and were considerate enough to apply covers over there shoes and brought other materials to protect the rest of my home during installation. The explained in detail the options that I had with using the mount. Once the job was complete they showed me the functions of the product and it looks great on my wall.

The crew was very professional and quick with the work. I also had some electrical work done about the same time, so they gave advice on where they thought outlets, and any other A/V wiring, would be most accessible. It may have been a little cheaper to go through another contractor for similar service, but I was happy with their performance and also find some value in the guarantee,

they're very helpful, however iIdid pay for this protection for these guys to install my tv's and hide every cord into the wall so it wouldn't display by no means. however they didn't do that. i could've saved myself some money and done it myself for this reason.

We recently moved to a new home. We couldn't determine the best way to mount our 60" T.V so we called the Geek Squad to come out and give us an estimate. They called ahead as promised, showed up on time and even had the mounting system we needed to get the job done with out an extra trip. It was our first time working with the Geek Squad and it was a positive experience.

Geek Squad wall mounted and connected our new LG OLED 65in TV. They measured carefully to ensure that it was secured to the studs and centered on the wall. We had our ethernet and power outlets centered on the wall as well and they made sure no wires were showing. They were professional and friendly.

The Geek Squad's excellent work on the installation on my new flat screen convinced me to have them re-hang my older unit in another room. The team executed the installation flawlessly in roughly 30 minutes. As before, they were punctual, friendly, and thoroughly professional. This service is somewhat expensive, but it's worth it to be sure everything is done right.

Geeks squad installed our 65in Samsung and shuffled our smaller TV to a new location. Required wall mounts. They programed the cable box and made sure everything worked. I used to do this type of work myself but at my age I don't have the strength or flexiability. But I'm a stickler for quality work. I look at how the cables are laid and secured. Geek squad satisfied me.

The Geek Squad mounted my new tv and I couldn’t be happier. They were very knowledgeable and asked me exactly where I wanted my new tv before they drilled holes in my wall. The guys were very friendly and clean. They wore boot covers which I really appreciate to avoid tracking outside dirt into my home. I would definitely use their service again.

the mounting was done professionally, but getting it arranged was an amazing hassle. depending on who you speak with for support, it ranges from incompetent to very helpful. i decided not to pick up the tv and mount since free delivery and removal of 1 tv was supposed to be included. this took about 4 calls to arrange and then they refused to remove the old tv since they weren't pre-notified. so that had to be done the next day.
