I had this service twice in the last four years and I have no complaints. The installations were very efficient And didn’t take a long time to complete. Afterwards they cleaned up nicely, answered all my questions and explained in clear details how my TVs would @ should operate.

Geek squad initially I thought purchasing was a waste of $. Until my son broke down the real deal & all it entails. After having this team come out, deliver, mount & program 3 of my t.v.'s glad I purchased from Bestbuy and had the Geek squad do all the work. These guys worked as a team and was very professional.

I wanted my smaller TV moved from the Living room into the bedroom to make room for my new big screen in the living room. The two gentlemen who moved it and hung it on my wall couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They installed it, reconnected it to my cable and blue ray player and they couldn't have done it better. Thank you Corey and Matt!

I bought a new mounting bracket for my new 65" TV and I am so glad that I did. This one pulls away from the wall and also allows you to tilt the TV up and down and left to right for the best viewing angle. It also makes it much easier to access the connections on the back of the TV whenever you need to. A great bracket, plus it was on sale too!

My geek squad team (Anton and Jordan) were amazing!! So knowledgeable! Everything was done to perfection: they know their products, the installation was smooth and efficient, they worked phenomenally together as a team, and were respectful of my home (cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving it spotless). I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!!

We've used the Geek Squad several times now and the service has always been great. They sincerely want to do a thorough and professional job. They always ask what is needed and explain what they are going to do and why. They explain how things work and want to know if anything is unclear before they leave.

The Geek Squad hung this for me and since it was on a brick wall, they had to take extra steps to make sure it was very solidly connected. It looks great and I love that this puts the TV higher than if it was just on a table top. The GS also made sure all of the cables were tied down and safe and that it all worked well with my stereo for the sound.

Wanted 6 TV /Monitors installed in new office. Scheduling was not difficult and was fully explained inside the store. Pricing was very reasonable. I had some concrete walls but the team showed up with tools already in their truck to perform. They cleaned up very good as they were leaving. Walk-Around after work was done was very professional.

Purchased the actual tv mount from Sam's Club....same product (albeit, different brand) for a fraction of the cost. If I could do it over again, I would not have purchased the full motion mount. Installation advised against it with a TV as large as the one I purchased. If you buy a 60" or larger, they recommend a tilting mount or just standard.

My consultant came to my home and very thoroughly evaluated the space where my tv would be mounted, and how it should be positioned for the various viewing areas. He gave me very good advice which prevented me from going with the option I was originally leaning towards. I'm very happy with the solution we arrived at.

This installation involved a 75” TV in our newly created media room. The team did a good job of mounting the TV and took the time to walk my wife and I through its operation. They also were very diligent to be sure the TV was centered and described the best height for the distance asked our input as to where we would be viewing.

Edward and Ryan did an excellent job of mounting our TV. We ended up moving it several times to accommodate other entertainment devices and for better viewing. Both situations we hadn't anticipated. Without hesitation they remounted the TV and made sure we were satisfied with where we finally wanted it installed.

Geek squad came and set up the Smart TV directly from the Box...also installed the swivel stand to the base...which looked complicated...but he did it great. Lot better than dropping the TV if you do it yourself. Broken TV's not a good ides during Pandemic

Fantastic picture. Easy to set up and navigate. It is great looking, mounted on my bedroom wall as a second tv. Love that it connects to the internet without having to have a cable box. Just plug it in the wall and you're good to go!!! Plus purchasing it on sale? It was a bargain at twice the price!!

Very satisfied with the quality of the mounting and setup of our 75"tv. The two guys who came out were courteous, fast, and professional. They were also able to provide additional tech tips and advice that was very helpful. Highly recommend this service especially if installing a larger tv or in a hard to reach location.

I have Total Tech Support Membership on Auto Pay using my Best Buy Credit Card. I want the very best Proction for all our Purchased items from Best Buy and that requires the Geek Squad.

The contractor was not well versed in the setting up the remotes, had trouble with sub woofer. Found out he hadn't turned up the volume! Had to call and get a true Geek,(they sent two) And the problem was solved as they programed the remotes and explained what the procedure for showing cable, and Blue-ray. Great Customer service

3D Tv's mounted above a fireplace are always a bit of a worry in my mind. Pleased to say that this mount was exactly what was needed. I largely left selection/placement up to the GS (in fact my 21 yo son was in charge and signed off while I was at a meeting!). All good!

With a 75" TV, I was very glad I didn't attempt to do this myself. They found the studs, centered it perfectly making adjustments to the wall mount, and it looks great. Hauled away trash, and even wore shoe protectors to not scuff up the floor. Whole thing took about an hour. Well worth the $$ to not do this yourself.

The two gentlemen who came to my house to mount my new flat screen were very professional. They did an incredible job setting up, mounting and cleaning up. The wife was very impressed with their cleaning. It was almost as if they never cut into my wall. I would definitely use their services again.
