It may appear more expensive than contractors or Amazon, but the store manager made an excellent point about the work quality and the labor insurance issue upon injury. Anyway, Jason and Will showed up on time, very professional, friendly and courteous. Very high standard service, thumbs up and very much pleased.

Absolutely wonderful as always. We had multiple TV's for them to mount and they really worked with us when one of them wasn't the easiest to install up on the wall because of the area they were trying to mount it.

We love GEEK SQUAD and they do good work for our computers, entertainment center and etc. Dependable to show up on time. Only once, this last time, did we have to get the installer to come back. Several things were "off" or not hooked up. Given this, I recalled that during the set up, he seemed rushed and needed to get on to the next job. Needs to slow down some and get it right the first time.

We are so satisfied with the Geek Squad who installed our system in all three bedrooms and living room. I feel he went over the top to make us happy and satisfied with his services. He suceeded! We would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone.

GEEK SQUAD comes to rescue again. we always us the Geek Squad for our TV installations and needs. Always make sure you request the GEEK SQUAD only and NOT a third party to do the work. Makes a big difference in the outcome.

So glad we asked the Geek Squad to install everything. Chris and Nate did a wonderful job. They were very professional, courteous, and so helpful. They installed everything, made sure it worked, made sure we understood, and cleaned up too. Can’t wait to buy something else and have it installed.

This was the first time I used the Geek Squad and I was very impressed with their knowledge, recommendations and professionalism. If you aren’t 100% sure about your new electronics purchases and/or installation or integration with other products, I highly recommend using his service.

I had very specific requirements for mounting my 50" flat screen TV and matching soundbar up onto the wall in the corner of the room. Getting it all done required some custom modifications to the mounting hardware that I would not have been comfortable doing on my own. The Geek Squad really delivered!

The Geek Squad team contacted me to update on their arrival status. When they arrived, they were very professional, courteous, and informative! They also wore shoe covers to ensure they would not get my floor dirty. The TV mount they installed for us has been very stable & we have not had any issues.

The 2 installers that came to mount my curved tv on the wall were fantastic! They were careful not to track in dirt into my home and they were went above and beyond to do a good job! Will definitely use Geek Squad again!

Carlos the assigned vendor was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. He communicated well the day before with narrowed arrival time window and arrival time. Installed wall mount tv, set up TV, and tested wireless access. Super!

The two technicians that came out and installed my TV and soundbar were excellent. Extremely polite and did a great job - very clean! I would not even attempt to install myself after watching what a professional job these guys did, in a fraction of the time it would have taken me.

The GEEK Squad team that installed my wall mount TV, were so professional. The TV was mounted over my fireplace. They said it was important to them to be sure the TV was in the perfect position. They offered suggestions as to how to hide cords, etc. Do call the pros when you are installing your TV.

It was quite expensive to have the 55' TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace, but worth it. The installers were great. They gave recommendations - one was that our planned installation spot might be too high. I do wish the salesperson had asked us about this before we set up the installation.

It's too heavy for me, to start. And, for the price - you can't beat the GS guys for install and set up. He set up the mount, got the TV and Components set up, hidden behind the TV and working. Even mounted the surge protector preventing a much bigger electrician charge. Awesome!

Fast clean and accurate service, they handled the T V with delicate slow moves as they placed the TV on the table that they brought into my unit. The box was taken away with the service men. they were concerned about dust and had a dust pan with them to assure the unit was clean.

The agent(s) came on time to install my new TV & move another one to a different location. All services were done correctly & any questions we had were answered. Good technician...knows what he is doing! Highly recommend him & his helper.

They were on time and wore slip covers over their shoes so they wouldnt dirty my house and cleaned up after themselves. They even took the boxes and garbage with them. The set up was perfect!

A couple of well trained Geek Squad guys installed my new 65" 4K Ultra HD TV very professionally. I probably could have done it with some help, but these professionals did it in no time flat, and had everything working beautifully in well under an hour! Would highly recommend everyone use Geek Squad.

They hooked up the 75" Sony TV above the fireplace and did an awesome job. They wired it through the wall and you could not see any of the wires running in behind. The TV was heavy and took two men to attach. They also got Dish TV set up working and showed us how to operate.
