The Geek Squad team handled the wall installation of the HDTV purchased earlier from Best Buy quite efficiently and in a very professional manner. The work was done quickly and with high quality. The area in which they did was work was also cleaned up before they left. I'm glad I used their service.

I positioned my new LG 7700 on a masonry wall above my mantel. Wanting to ensure a solid mount I used a Geek Squad tech to do the installation. He was professional, amiable, and quick. He routed and bundled all wiring discretely and taught us the basics with clear concise directions.

This is the third time I have used Geek Squad for TV installation. They came when they said they would come, took into account the special installation requirements I had, and saved me some money by recommending I continue to use my old mount rather than the new one I had purchased.

the mounting of the TV was excellent, the mount I had from the previous TV required some additional parts, which the install team had readily available in their van. the work area remained clean through out the job. and at the end it was left in above standard condition.

The guys that came to my house to install the TVs did a great job. I was debating on doing it myself, but for the cost, it was well worth it for them to take care of it. They had the correct tools, mounted it in perfect locations, I am very satisfied with the job they did.

Have you tried to call Geek Squad and make an appointment for service? It's a train wreck. Hold times that are unreasonably long (One Hour Plus) make visiting the store a viable option. The front end services of Geek Squad are great here, but it's very employee-dependent, and the back end services, like phone support, suck really badly.

On-time and great service. Two Geek Squad members showed up, mounted our new TV exactly where we wanted it and made sure all was connected properly and working as desired. They even helped make sure the Xbox One S and Wii U were working well with their connections.

I have so much confidence in the tech that did the install in a difficult place. It is so comforting to know that I can turn to Best Buy for quality products and to Geek Squad to send Mike out to do such a professional work.

The installer had to adapt a number of items to properly mount my plasma monitor. The store sold me the wrong items for the installation, but the technician found the proper items online and finished the installation the next day.

My Geek Squad Agent Daniel was superb! He had all of the answers and made great recommendations for me to get the most out of my new TV. He knows the products and he relates well to people. Really should be in senior management but I would hate to lose my install guy!

The geek squad did a excellent job setting up my Samsung 65 inch TV after Mounting it with my Klipsch soundbar. The tech Kevin spent plenty of time explaining all of the features and how to use them as well

Got a deal on my 65" Samsung. Free delivery and geek squad set up. The two geeks that came were professional and knew what they were going. Did not mount the tv on a wall. Just placed it on a stand, but they took time yo show me how the remote works and tv functions.

The agent that came to my home was very respectful and friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing and arrived right on time. He explained to us every step and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Would definitely use Geek Squad again!

Guys were friendly and professional. There was some confusion about what services were ordered and they wound up charging extra, but got that all straightened out after the fact. I bought my own mount and they were very thorough in clean up. I rescued the manual from their "trash" but forgot about the level/stud finder that came with the mount and they unfortunately took it with them.

Had Geek Squad come out and mount my TV on the wall. I have to say they did a great job. My TV was leveled correctly and the handling was great. If you don`t have the tools or an extra pair of stable hands to assist you, it`s worth having them do it. Highly recommend!

My Squad arrived on time, and we're highly courteous. He communicated well and met all my needs for a clean mounted TV look. Could not ask for a better installation experience. Left room cleaner than when arrived, and had me all set up info wise to run TV and sound bar.

Our timberframe home in the remote hills of Brown County needed a TV mounted . . . YAY . . . Geek Squad to the rescue. They had to improvise a little due to the unusual timberframe walls, but they did a FABULOUS job (as always) and I now have a securely mounted TV!

The GS was at my home to install a new dryer and I inquired about hanging a large screen tv. They said that they keep a few on the truck and could do it that same day. Presto! About an hour later, the tv was on the wall and installed perfectly.
