friendly service, very efficient and answered my questions when i asked them

Always been happy with geek squad, but this was unacceptable - no one called - no one showed and I waited 8 hours with a lot of other stuff to do - called to reschedule and they can’t get me in until the end of the month - As bad as most of my experiences with geek squad are good - do better folks
