The tech was great mounting my TV and explained what he was doing all the time. The mount is very steady and invisible.

Arrived on time. Courteous and friendly Made sure the TV was placed on the wall exactly where I wanted ii. cleaned up and even took the box.

The mount works great and is level. It took the installation guys about an hour to install with a very heavy 70" TV but definitely worth the money paid.
