The guys from the Geek Squad were very knowledgeable. They were able to find a spot where my TV could be mounted without harming my walls.

The Geek Squad contractor that installed the mount and TV were on time, friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

This mount is said to do it all, tilt, up and down and side to side. Appears to be very well built and quite sturdy for movement.

Got the package deal of the install and basic wall mount. The guys knew what they were doing, centered the TV perfectly, and left no mess.

The agent that came out was great. He did a good clean job and explained how everything worked before he left.

Mounting a 77 inch isn't easy so I appreciate the guys coming to set it up!

The agents did a fine job, however I had an agent come to my house ahead of time to ensure everything would work... Guess what? Everything didn't work out. The wall mount I got would not work due to the location of the studs. Why sell a wall mount that doesn't have a whole lot of holes to allow for mounting to the stud AND being centered in the location you want. Plus they tried to make additional sales while on site. Better than trying to mount an 82 by myself though.

Arrived as scheduled. Installed quickly Obvious had experience installing wall mount. Installers friendly and answered all my questions.

They did great but the staff at Best Buy added much confusion by selling me stuff that wasn’t applicable or possible at my house?

Geek Squad did an excellent job on my tv mount. Paid extra to have the pit the wires in the wall but so much nicer. Professionally done
