    Timely, resolved issues we had since we are in a condo building. Be aware they will not fish it through the wall. This was easily done but think this is a crazy policy Cook Co has.

    Ordered this mount for a 47" LG flatscreen. Easy to install, came with a small level for accuracy, and works just fine.
