When I purchased my TV wall mounting, I expected "in-wall rated cables for A/V devices will be routed through a standard-frame wall for a clean, professional look." However what I got was not clean or professional looking. I was told that running wires in the wall would only be vertical. The installers did not have the appropriate wire tracking to hide the wires outside of the wall either, instead advising me to go purchase them myself. Now I have a several wires running from the TV to the entertainment stand. I have included a picture so you can judge for yourself the clean professional look. Also, I was never offered the "preinstallation site survey" that was included.
