exactly what we wanted
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the two gentleman came out, installed exactly where we requested and cleaned up the wires all in one spot so it looks good without having to go thru the wall. they were polite, and left everything cleaned up and undamaged. even made sure that all was hooked up correctly on the tv and audio when reconnecting the system.

Good service, but...

However, my appointment was 8am-12pm, and they only got there closer to 8pm! I had to keep calling customer service, and they kept saying that it will be a few more hours. In the future, if they are understaffed, they need to let the customer know a realistic time of arrival, so they don't have to waste an entire day waiting!
