The Geek Squad agent mounted my TV properly and did a great job explaining how my TV worked.

The 2 service techs came late and never did a consultation about what services I would receive prior to them coming. I explained to them that the video on the website said and it showed all the cables hidden behind the wall. The main techie said that I would have to pay an additional $150-$300.00 to put all the cables behind the walls. I again told him that the video said all cables would be hidden behind the wall with the tv mounting services that I purchased. So, of course what I saw and heard on the video was totally wrong. Of course after I mentioned my delusional concerns to him and his partner, he then he put one cable behind the wall and the rest of the cables remained a balled up mess. Why wouldn't Skippy make the rest of the cables neat and tidy. Wasn't Skippy supposed to show me the set -up for this complicated t.v.? That was also part of the services that I paid for and didn't receive!!!!!! I did contact customer services but they said you can't believe what you saw or heard on the video from our website because it wrong,not true,etc. We will have to charge a lot more money than you have already paid!!!! So of course I just looked at the balled up mess of cables and told the representative thats ok, I already paid $199.00. for tv mounting/tv set-up. I don't have an additional $300. to put all the cables behind the wall ,like it said.showed on your video????
