Did great job. First mount was defective. Had to buy new mount. Came back and finished the job.

Not all information was given to me at the time of purchase. When I bought the install on the wall, I figured the wires were going to be hidden behind my wall. Its kind of a common sense thing. Well the third party install guy (Not GEEK SQUAD) told me I would have to pay extra to best buy for him to do the job the way I wanted.

Team arrived as scheduled. They were professional and mounted the TV with little issues.

The service men from the geek squad said you would refund the $80 for mounting since they did not mount it. They did not mount it because I was not informed that I had to buy a mount first that might cost as much as $200 or more to mount my tv. I wanted my tv mounted but the cost is extravagant I am disappointed that I couldn't get a better deal from Best Buy.

Contractor did a good job. TV was mounted in trick spot at top of stairs.

The agents mounted my wall TV devise, but when finished the bottom of the 55 inch TV touches the counter where it swivels while there is about 4 inches of open space on the top. The mounting should have left the hanging on top and bottom equal.

We have had Geek for years. Always available to help in many situations.

Damage to hardwood floors during unpacking, otherwise basically met expectations.

Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job of connecting my products in a timely manner.

Agent removed 55 inch TV and Sanus full motion mount and reinstalled in another room. TV works, mount tilts & swivels. I have not noticed if screen is horizontally aligned with ceiling (leveling was problem with another install during same visit).

The installed bracket provides a very good support for the television.

Ron and his associate from Best Buy Geek Squad arrived in their attractive new Geek Squad panel truck vehicles ( good design on the vehicle advertising). Both associates well dressed and ready to complete the job. Although the cost to have the wifi and large screen tv mounted on the wall and include the in wall connection is not inexpensive, once completed, we were glad we had the system installed by the professionals! Ron made an extra trip back to install an adapter for one of the hdmi inputs. Plus, he gave a few recommendations for another wall mount install we are considering for next year.
