    I ordered this product and installation on 12/30 of 2021. The Best Buy team botched my delivery for 3 weeks straight, for reasons ranging from “the wrong delivery address” to “the bracket was not located at the right store” I spoke with several team members in the store and on the phone. Nobody seemed to know how to help or what the problem is. Save yourself the trouble of booking through Best Buy. My advice is to buy the hardware(mounts, etc) and find a service online (taskrabbit or other) to do the mounting and installation for you. Geek squad and Best Buy do not have any idea what they’re doing when it comes to these services, they take your money and then they go and hire another third party and when there’s some type of miscommunication, they’re basically just a middle man that doesn’t know how to help. Do yourself a favor and book directly with whoever will be doing the installation. I will never be using this service again. My updated delivery time and date (after the third or fourth time being rescheduled) was yesterday, 1/22/2022. The delivery window was between 7:30 am & 1Pm. After not receiving any notifications or calls all day, I get a random call about 5:30 PM from a guy saying he’s here to install my tv. They sent one guy with no help (I have a big heavy 84 inch Sony Bravia) so obviously he needed my assistance. He then proceeded to tell me about how he deserves a tip because the bracket was located 45 minutes in the opposite direction from the store they told him it was at (Apparently they told him to pick up the bracket from Hawthorne, CA but it was located in Sherman Oaks) Obviously he did not receive any tip. These people will give you the run around and make any issues seem like it’s your fault or like you made a mistake. The only mistake is giving your money to these people.

    I had an army of staff appear to hang three tv's. A unsupervised unwatched staffer left two visible extra holes and a pencil line on my white wall where he missed the studs , but said nothing. I saw it later after he left. The other installation had a blue-tooth transmitter problem until I realized the staffer had re-attached its power connection, after hanging, to the TV USB instead of its own power supply. Apparently the transmitter has to be manually turned on every time which is why it had its own continuous power supply but the staffer told me it did not need it. They did not have anything on hand to remove their hand prints from the screens until the supervisor showed up and I had to ask for it .

    They mounted my tv and my cable box has not worked properly since. I had someone one from Best Buy come out to look at it and he said it was the cable box which is brand new. Basically they broke my cable box!

    This has to do with the third party Best Buy was using. They never showed up on a Monday in their time slot 9-12. I called Best Buy and 2 and they said they have no way to reach them. 8pm some guy calls my cells and doesn’t say who he is or what he works for. He just says we will see you Thursday I explained I’m not waiting 3 more days. He said the driver called you and you said okay. I said no one but you have called I’ve been waiting all day for you to drop my tv and mount it. He said sorry we can’t help until Thursday.

    The installation by the contractor was sloppy and unprofessional. Best Buy needs to have a well trained dedicated team just for installation, not self employed contractors that don’t care. I should have done it myself.

    BEST BUY WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE TWO TV'S THEY HAD PROMISED ME WOULD BE DELIVERED ON CERTAIN DATE. I TRIED TO REMEDY THROUGH THEM AND THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO REACH ANYONE AND THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT MEET DELIVERY DATE. OFFERED A NEW DATE 10 DAYS IN THE FUTURE-UNACCEPTABLE.

    Installer failed to tell us that the in-wall power kit that was ordered by the in -home consultant was overkill for a 48” tv.

    Home delivery and install canceled twice. The Manada company is horrible, no communication, all excuses when I have to call them. Claim is that Best Buy won’t release the mount to them, but the mount is available in store or one day shipping. Made me wait four to five hours for them to arrive two times and I still don’t have my TV. Request a different installation team besides Manada. Best Buy is trying to help as much as possible.

    A third party company did this installation and I’ll just say the service had a lot to be desired. But, at least they were nice enough to refund us our money for the installation!

    They could have attempted to drape the curtains behind it better. I had to remove the tv an do it myself. Other than that, they were good.

    The contractor installers took approximately six hours to hang two TVs. Despite repeated attempts to make the TVs level, neither TV is level/straight, Furthermore, the installers marked up my walls which were newly painted, and the pencil marks in particular will not come off the wall. Last, they were supposed to call me when they were on the way to my house and never did.

    agents mounted TV but am told they are not allowed to hide the cables. I thingk that is ridiculous. They should be able to do the whole job
