    Best Buy Geek Squad never showed to deliver mount and setup 55” Sony. which put the install on 85” TV off schedule. Biggest problem is Best Buy central scheduling. USLESS!! If only I could talk to a real person at my local store? Impossible I think?

    TV mounted crooked

    Agents delivered a TV that was broken (BestBuy replaced it no problem). However, the TV is mounted crooked. It is visibly crooked on the wall. It is obvious that they did not use the level properly, as I checked it with my level and was able to discern it is off.

    The service tech are not friendly and expect grand Tip from homeowner they constantly call them to Venmo the money like bill collector horrible

    Installation and follow up by the Geeks and their contractors was horrible with many no shows for total tech service without explanation! I will NEVER use TOTAL TECH SERVICE!

    Not Knowledgable about Denon technology. He could not complete the job. the In- Home Advisor was EXCELLENT. Mr. Christopher Wrusch is GREAT.

    dnt know if they hooked ip the hdmi cable properly. hooked up was hdmi 2 and i believe the set called for hdmi 3 or 4
