The guys that performed the install were great. Very professional and had to work around a few problems with my home. They were focused on making me happy. When the 4'' magnetic speaker covers didn't fully cover the mount for the Definitive speakers (not the speakers or Geek Squads fault) they reached out to their Definitive rep and had larger covers ordered and shipped to me for free. They look great, sound great, and the install team was exceptional.

Even though the person from Best Buy Cerritos made a mistake at the beginning (sending only 4 speakers rather than 5), the installers made sure I get them. Installers from geek squad didn't leave my house until all speakers were delivered. Kudos to Michael and David who did their job accordingly. Ask for them if you want quality service.

These Geeks really know their stuff. There were absolutely no problems with them installing my recessed speakers and new 5.2 surround sound system. They took a lot of time with me explaining how to operate the receiver, the DVD Blu-ray player and the Subway offer.

the nerd herd aka geek squad made this look flawless. looks like my house came with a built in surround sound system. I totally suggest spending the extra money and having these guys come out and put the speakers in the wall.

They came out to install in-ceiling speakers as well as setup my home surround sound. They did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with it. Everything was completed in only a few hours and the sound is incredible.

The install from the geek squad has been on point. They knew every answer to every question I threw at them.

I always have had great geek squad. This time a hiccup. My opinion was poor job. I went to store talk to gs about it. Wanted it done right asked not to send same guy. Same guy called. Getting frustrated at this point, back to store where gs guy said he couldn't do any more.'need a manager" I said. After a little round and round w him, he gave me a number said this guy is who to call. I called, and gentleman took care of it. Gave me another appointment for fix. About 10 days out was squad fine with me. A tech called the next day and came fixed everything. This could have been a really uglier situation. Thanks to the man on the phone for speaking with me. He is an asset y'all probably keep happy. So positive and reassuring. And big thanks to the tech who let my stereo be a 8k stereo! Surprisingly I have not had anything bad to say about the experience. Ps if Best Buy is reading this the tech was from Laredo on loan to here. Don't know his name but damm give that boy a raise.

Geek squad did a great job in putting up the projector. It is hard to reach them once they install. So please make sure once they are at your home, you ask them to setup as per your choice, after that forget it.

the speakers add a different experience to watching

Andrew, Lawrence, and Tyler did a wonderful, professional job of installing a Marantz S/R, Bowers & Wilkins in-ceiling speakers, setting up a Logitech Harmony remote, and walking me through the installation and the new surround sound system capabilities. Love the sound reproduction! From the initial call, through the job proposal process, and concluding with the installation, Best Buy and the Geek Squad once again did a professional job. And that included replacing an inop speaker in under a week. Geek Squad members were polite, courteous, and respectful, and they cleaned up as they went. Extremely pleased with our purchase, and we look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

Had in wall and outdoor speakers installed by BB magnolia team. Also mounted TV and set up universal remote for AV system. Shopped around, felt confident with using BB after speaking with Ken at Magnolia. Good prices for installation. Installers were polite, respectful and professional. They answered all questions and addressed my concerns. They ensured I was happy and cleaned up after themselves. Had many contractors at the house in the past year, I wish they were all as thorough as these guys.

My wife and I have built a new house on the Outer Banks and we wanted a special television and sound system to make our home even more special. We went to the Virginia Beach Best Buy for our equipment purchases and had the Geek Squad do all the install. Ronnie and Marcus worked one day, and the next day Ronnie and Andrew finished up. These individuals were just who we needed to do the job. Personable. Knowledgeable. Efficient. These are the people to ask for when you want work done. We couldn't be happier.

Had a Best Buy In-Home Advisor come for a free estimate and proposal for upgrading the surround sound in my great room. upgrade included new in- ceiling speakers. center channel speaker, receiver and wireless subwoofer. Had everything programmed into a new universal remote. Sound is fantastic. Geek Squad arrived on time and did great job with install and programming of all components.

We purchased a complete home entertainment system for the whole house from Best Buy. We are completely satisfied! Everything was installed by the Geek Squad. The system included 2 televisions with surround speaker systems and built in wall speakers plus additional Sonos One speakers for the other rooms of the home integrated together.

I was a little hesitant to hire the Geek Squad to install speakers in our new ceiling as part of a remodel project. However, I was wrong. Ronnie & Bob were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing & did a great job. The speakers are barely noticable and the wiring to the receiver is very clean. We are very happy with the install and the entire system.

The guys were great. They did an excellent job and were so helpful and knowledgeable. They installed everything leaving my house as if they had never been there. Explained how to use everything and made sure all the wires were hidden and that everything worked properly before they left. That was the best service I have ever had.
