Does what you need

It covers most of the basic processes you need to edit photos (color and light adjustment, burning and dodging, and cropping). The smart brush that lets you edit part of the picture instead of the whole image is also useful. The "heal" tool that allows you to fix blemishes, dust specks, etc. works well and is easy to use.

It's photoshop...

We updated our computer and lost our old copy of photoshop, so it was time to upgrade the software too. Software runs great, but Adobe is a bit annoying about the install. You have to register an account with them before you get an activation code to install the software you just bought. It's somewhat burdensome, but what can you do?
