This is a flip open from right to left. It does not snap or hook or slide out. It is easy to find in my purse; the glass face is always covered; the buttons are easily accessed and it is flat, not bulky. I can also put my drivers' license and a debit or credit card inside if I just want to carry my phone only. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is it seemed that the product may have been previously used. It is very easy to hold in your hand since it opens up flat.

After looking at almost every leather case option for the 6s Plus, I chose this case. I do not regret that choice. I have had this case for about 5 months, here are my thoughts: The leather is nice. Not thick, but not so thin as to stretch or tear. The leather has broken in nicely and shows some patina from handling and wear, as quality leather should. I have gotten many compliments on the looks and attractiveness of this case. The folio case style is not for everyone. If you use it to hold cards, it will not close fully. It leaves diagonal marks (can be wiped off) on the screen every time it closes. It makes it a trick to take photos. It does not really get in the way for phone calls because it folds back on itself pretty well, although people I spoke with on the phone could hear the case rubbing against itself if I shifted my grip while talking. I like the ability to cover the screen when not in use though, so these are minimal complaints. This case is not an impact absorbing case. If you have a lifestyle that exposes your phone to dropping or "the elements" then do not buy this case. My phone has fallen about 5-6 times from table top or desk top onto carpeted floor. Twice on hard surface that phone slipped from hand or pocket. First was lucky, and landed on its face with folio cover closed. Second time, not so lucky, and landed along top edge. Screen cracked badly and needs to be replaced. This is NOT a design fault of this case in the least. But be aware of the open top and bottom, it leaves phone exposed. Corners are decently protected from most angles. The chrome plastic trim does rub off and become black more easily than I would like to see. It's not a huge deal to me, but some folks might feel differently. Every edge and corner that sees wear or use has rubbed off and is now black. Overall, I like this case. It has quirks, though. It offers a specific set of pros/positives: real leather that looks great, folio style protection/privacy for screen, protection from normal/light duty use scratches and scuffs. The cons are listed above, in detail. For me, this is a keeper, as I love leather products and tend to keep my phone on the desk or otherwise away from harm from drops and the elements. If this isn't you, I wouldn't recommend this case. If I used my camera more often, I think I may feel differently as well.

I was looking for a new case to replace my tattered case.I purchased this case on-line. So I was not to sure what to expect. The images not the best and the price was, just in the range of a "Good Deal". I picked up the case, once it was pulled for me. Looking at the case in the package, still did not excite me. Well after removing the case from the packaging, and putting my iPhone 6 plus in it. I could see and feel the quality. It looked a lot better on the phone. The leather feels good in my hand and looks great on my phone. Now, the drop test.. I will not be performing that! But if I were, I am pretty Shure that the flap would open exposing the phone to, face down belly flop. If only it had a magnet closure it would be perfect for me. So I have a Glass screen protector, and it fits fine with that on as well. Who knew that I this would be the case that I will now consider getting a second one.

Fits perfect card slots are helpful and cover protects screen

I like the look and feel of this leather case for my iPhone 6 Plus. The phone was somewhat unwielldy in my hand (slick, wide), but this case made it easy to hold, has a space for a couple of cards, and it looks good (as compared to those rubber cases that you can drop from a rooftop).

Bought this cover because it is not only stylish but provides basic protection. However, if you have a habit of dropping your phone I don't suggest this case. But if style is important then this is your cover.

Great quality product for a folio. Has two card slots so makes it easy to use as an all in one. No magnetic clasp so it wont stay shut at all angles or auto awake screen when opening. Only reason not 5 stars.

High quality leather, slim profile, good protection and love the card slots! No other company competes!

This case meets my three main criteria: (1) Good looking (2) Protection and (3) Fits. No need to strain to line up openings or worry about the quality of the case. Very happy though still getting use to folding layer behind to access screen.

We bought this for my husband. It is convenient to hold drivers license and credit cards. It would be nice if it had some type of closure strap or fold-over Velcro tab. If it had this feature, we would have given it a five star rating.

I was looking for a car that was stylish as well as protective for my new iPhone. I looked around but couldn't find anything as nice looking as this one. And it protects well too

Purchased a new iPhone 6 plus. I wanted something that was like the Book Book, but also wouldn't add to the weight of the larger iPhone. I stumbled across this while browsing the Best Buy store. The color complements the rose gold phone. It does have 2 slots for credit cards or money or business cards. I've dropped my phone 2x and this case protected it. I could've purchased an Otter case or something like it, but I wanted protection and light weight.

I bought this case because it looked nice with the leather and looked classy. Later, when I opened it, I found the surprise of the poor quality it has because the metal in the corners of the frame is not well painted. You can see stains of raw metal. This case is not worth the money I payed, $ 49.99. I can not return it because I bought it during my last trip to the Usa. Such a pity that Best Buy is no longer taking good care of the things, it sells.

Pretty color, very ladylike in appearance. I've received many compliments regarding its appearance, durability and functionality. I love it.

This is a really well made case. The front cover is perfect for protecting the screen. The only thing that would make this better is if the case was able to wake or sleep the screen like the Samsung Note.

I absolutely love this case. It's adorable and durable. You can't beat that! I've dropped my Phone a few times and it was totally worth it. It protects my phone and looks good doing it.

Bought this because I carry my phone in the' front pocket of my Levis. I wanted to protect my new iPhone 6s Plus but didn't want a bulky and ugly OtterBox. This does the job perfectly.

Always have my phone with me so the 2 card slots allow for drivers license and credit card. Custom fit, classic look, and slim enough to fit in phone slots in clothing or packs.

I really like this case. It has actually protected my IPhone from quite a few falls and being thrown around in my purse. O also like the fact that it gives me privacy for the screen not to mention I can use the slots for cash or a credit card when I just want to run in and out of a store instead having to to bring in in my whole wallet / purse. It works for me!

This was exactly what I was expecting. Quality is good and provides nice protection. Has a lip that protects the screen from damage when you lay it on a flat counter.
