    Works so much better than the Wink Hub and with no monthly subscription. Easy to set up and link to Alexa. It replaces SmartThings Hub and works through SmartThings app.

    I think it is an excellent device from what I hear but I was not able to understand it :( I have most of my devices linked to google home and this would only make for an additional hub I didnt need.

    This hub was hard to get during COVID. It was easy to install and I like the fact that you can run it hooked up to the router or via wifi.

    The device is pointless. I got it too control my lights, but it requires me to have another hub that already controls my lights to control the same lights I bought this hub for. Why do I need a hub to control another hub? Completely pointless. Save your money

    High priced paperweight! Put it back in the box connects to NOTHING Zwave plus lock never could find it - LG dryer that connects to my watch can't find it Samsing Powerbot can't find it - seriously even samsung all it is is an app on my phone and a paperweight

    I have never had an issue with our Hub. Every device connects right away, auto updates software, notifies me when our network goes down etc. Connects with Google Home / Assistant. I have had it for 3 years now maybe.

    If you are looking to run a smart home, this is your hub. This hub ties together all your different smart products so they work as one. Right out of the box you already have an easy-to-use interface to automate everything, if you want to expand and finetune that control then install "CoRE" or "webCoRE." I have been using the Smartthings version of this hub for years, very reliable.
