So, the headset is great because it's wireless. It's obnixious in color, which is pretty cool. The internal circutry is a neat look. The physical quality on the button isn't very solid, as it creaks and moves around a bit much. The most frustrating thing is the volume knobs are not consistent. Maybe it's just my model. There are two knobs--one for Game, one for Chat. You would think each would modify their respective thing, but that's not the case. And sometimes they won't even do anything and I have to restart the headset to get the knobs to work. And when I do that, the wireless connection is sometimes lost, so I have to reconnect everything. Really inconvenient. Battery life is solid. Aside from the connectivity and strange volume knob issues, the thing is nice.

    Great headset but has problems

I really like this headset and the sound on it is great. However I have had many problems with it. For starters, sometimes when I just turn on the Xbox the audio on them comes out of the wrong ear so I have to disconnect and reconnect the usb dongle. Next, sometimes when I plug it in to charge, no sound comes out of the right ear so I have to wiggle the charger around to fix it. Finally, twice now it just stops playing any sound out of nowhere. I just wait a day or two and it usually fixes itself somehow. My voice to others is also kinda low even if I talk clearly

This was a 5 star headset till it quit working. It's very comfortable even for my big head and the frame never cracked like my two TB's did that cost twice as much and weren't wireless. The only reason i still give it 3 stars is because of Best Buy's replacement warranty i bought for $11.99. Their warranties have always been worth every dime I've spent on them. I buy at least 90% of my electronics through Best Buy and anytime i have to make a claim on the warranty it's hassle free.

Good headset with a major design flaw

The headset sounds amazing. The stereo is as good as 5.1 surround and the best part comfortable too....but one major design flaw lets it all down. You just cannot know if the headsets are on mute or not, you press a button next to your ears and produces the a very indistinguishable sound while muting/unmuting. I am a big time halo fan an each time I press the button I have to shout out to team members if they can hear me or not. This is incredibly irritating. Not recommended for online multiplayer games at all.

While my son loves these headphones they are not at all fit for a child. Ours were broken after just 12 days. They slipped off his head and the mic cracked inside the headphone itself so I couldn't even buy the $10 extra piece I had to buy a brand new $80 product. On a positive note, he loves the sound quality and says they are not heavy to wear. As long as he's happy I am happy.

I would rate it a 5 but there are some set backs. First of all I wish it would not make an annoying beeping noise every time you press any buttons on it. Second of all I wish it would stop disconnecting and reconnect like non stop like it's SUPER ANNOYING. But other than that the sound quality is awesome and they feel nice.

These headphones work good for my Xbox; however, I have had other headphones which worked and sounded better. I don't have any problem with these but I just liked others a little better. I can't not recommend these thought as I have had no real issue with them.

Sound quality was great and everything worked as it should. Would have rated higher except after six month the mini USB port sunk in and can no longer charge.

I decided on these headsets because a friend told me she liked the older gen. At first they were good, but after trying them longer and trying a few others, there is definitely room for improvement. They are light. Which is good. But they feel warm as soon as I put them on. The round style of the ear cups is a little uncomfortable and lifts on the bottom. And they just don't fit as well as others. The foam in the cups and on the top band are good. I think these are a little high priced. But they are fully wireless and last close if not the full 16 hour time. But I don't think I can recommend this to a friend. It it was around 65-75 then I would.

These headphones were great at first, but proved to be rather maddening towards the end. The end being bout 3 months after I bought them. Had a constant connection issue. Either people in the party could hear me but I couldn't hear them, or I could hear them and they couldn't hear me. And I would always have to restart my Xbox to fix the problem. It was really annoying. I wouldn't really recommend these to a friend, off of my own personal buying experience. I got a new pair, they were a little more costly, around $150 before taxes, but deffaintly worth it.

Bought this headset for my Xbox One due to the wireless capabilities. Great price, can't beat it if you need something until you can get a nicer set.

Easy to set up on Xbox one, the sound is great and the charge is great. A little uncomfortable on the right ear if wearing for a long period.

These were bought for a 10 year old. They work great but don't put up with much. The charging port fails if your not super careful with it and the mic (although removable) doesn't hold up too good either. To contact afterglow for a replacement mic is impossible through phone computer and email. I got no response from them. For less than$100 they are the only ones I found that are totally wireless. The next best are the turtle beach for about $300 so for the money they are OK

These headphones are just ok. They are a liberating detachment from the cord, but the wifi adapter bugs out sometimes which makes gaming with friends a little frustrating. Me and my boyfriend have the same pair of headphones, we use them on two separate Xbox's in the same household and they signal cross at times.

This headset is good for people with larger heads like mine. It fits comfortably and works well with easy set up. Its also reasonably priced for a wireless headset. That being said the sound quality is not as good as some higher priced models and it becomes uncomfortable when worn for more than 4 to 5 hours at a time.

Bought this as a gift for my teenage son. It's a fairly decent headset for the money, however the removable mic became intermittent after a very short time. He can no longer use the mic portion. I would recommend paying a little more for a better headset.

I like them and enjoy the sound quality. The volume slider between mic and game sound is cool too. the only bad thing is that sometimes when i plug the usb transmitter in my sound channels are backwards (left and right). then i unplug and replug it and its fine after that.
