very easy to set up very easy to use sounds great.

It's was a little choppy but other that than it was cool

It works well and it is so nice not to have to plug a mic into the controller.

It goes in and out of connection, you have to connect the USB 2-3 times to get it to connect properly, everyone complains of static and tunnel voice. Miss the PS3 Bluetooth headset, it worked flawlessly and didn't require USB. Get it together Sony and make your Bluetooth work right.

The only option thus far for a wireless ear piece for the PS4. So far it has worked as it was advertised. It does pick up a lot of background noise, but this can be adjusted in the PS4 menu. Easy set up and no problems to report. It could be a bit cheaper, but I won't complain too much since there aren't many other wireless options like this. I wish it was promoted better, the listing has this in the PS3 category and I had no idea this was available for the PS4 until I visited the store

First of all the product looks good and is easy to connect. after that though its pretty disappointing for $40 you're gonna hear your friend in chat but it will sound real tinny and the mic is even worse with a lot of static and extra noise, especially when you're not talking which is annoying for everyone that has to hear you talk. considering this is the only ear piece best buy sells its usuable I guess but if there was another one for sale most likely it would be better than this. I returned mine within a couple uses and now looking online for something that is bearable.

I've been hopping for someone to make an ear piece mic for PS4 (or that Sony would lift the Bluetooth mic restrictions), and not a full headset. I didn't spend $1.5K for nice 7.2 so that I could use headphones. So I was vary excited when I saw this one for sell. But it's a bad mic. Let me first say, I know a little about wireless devices. I have a wireless bridge setup in my entertainment center using a 5.2GHz wireless N. That is the only thing in the room using wireless other than my PS4 controller. This mic disconnects randomly, won't reconnect, people say that they can't hear me, I sound bad, or has to much static noise, or to much background noise because it has NO noise cancellation, and if you turn you PS4 on without getting you mic to connect, the PS4 will continually say; headset connected, headset disconnected... followed by a chime until you get up and unplug the usb dongle. Do yourself a favor and wait for something else.

This is the most uncomfortable worst sounding headset I have ever used.

This thing is junk, First thing is the ear piece is hard plastic pokes you right in the back of your ear and is very uncomfortable, the sound is very bad sounds like someone is talking from a very far distance and other people cant hear you very clean, only good thing about it was....oh yea nothing lol don't waste your money on this junk...Wait for Sony to come out with something better
