On zoom calls all day long and this is the best headset! I have tried several and will never use anything else.

This headset is so comfortable. Sound quality us amazing. Bluetooth hook up was fast and easy. This product is definitely worth the money!

Overall the product is good. It's light weight, comfortable, and sounds good. The sound is like any other earphones you would wear. When you take them off you barely hear them, but on your head, it pulses through and fills you with sound. The microphone picks up voice for calls and video calls with no issues. The gel like covering is comfortable and feels good for long periods. It seems like it would fit a range of head sizes. It comes with a carrying case for the headset and charging cord. The charging cord holds in place magnetically. There are only a few buttons on the headset. Connection to Bluetooth or NFC is standard and worked fine. Two issues I had with the headset though. One, with my head not pointing straight ahead the pads would rise up a bit and not sit flush on my head. I tried adjusting it, but the sound would diminish without sitting flush. Also, you could sense the vibrations which could be fatiguing after a while if they were not flush on your head. But, when not turning my head they sat fine, sounded fine, and there was no fatigue. Secondly, the charging cable is custom. It is nice it’s magnetic, but it’s not a USB standard. So, you may want an extra for backup as if you lose it, at a higher cost than a standard cable, or you’re stuck until getting another one. The headset is comfortable, sounds good, and is lightweight. It’s more for voice than music, but it works well enough for both. The open ear design lets you hear from the headset and local environment easily.

I am still learning how to connect with various devices, but I am enjoying using it. It has good sound quality.

This is my third set all still work just wife and kids have taken over other two pair we all love them wash to use great quality great sound

Surprisingly clear. Having substantial hearing loss in one ear, I find these are a godsend. Great for anyone who suffers from hearing damage.

Clear and light weight I love this product I think I would’ve been more satisfied if they were 30 dollars cheaper but I bought them anyway

Sounded great, I was very impressed with the quality sound of this device. It was much better than I anticipated. It was amazing.

I am almost deaf and can not hear things but BC with ear plug or finger in ears is god sent.

Overall pleased with this headset. The one with the mic. arm Works much better to stop background noise for calls

Nice headset that you can wear all day without almost noticing you’re wearing it! Not cheap but The sound is good and the microphone is actually much more sensitive than expected. It was able to pick up the radio playing downstairs in our home while making a call. Comfortable, light and seems of good quality. Still haven’t learned all the controls...And the charging port is unique. Don’t lose your charger!

I love this headset! I hated yhe ear buds insie my ear. These are great. I do wish they were more adjustable.

These do work as advertised. but I returned them since I needed over-the-ear headphones.

I love the Bone conduction technology, but everything else is sub par. I specifically ordered the headset with a mic boom so that my customers would hear me better, but what they hear is worse than setting my phone to speaker phone. The mic is slow to react. It stays muted for the first one or two words I speak, which makes voice to text very irritating. And the volume of what my customers hear is very low, regardless of where I put the mic. There are basically no features to the headset. Only volume up down and answer buttons. No voice commands like my previous headset. My Plantronics recognized various voice commands. I didn't have to push a button to answer calls. Just had to say answer. And there's no app for updating firmware or adjusting anything. Neither the mic boom or headband are bendable. So I can't get the boom any closer to my mouth, and the back of the headset doesn't work well with a hooded jacket, because it sticks out far from the back of my head (and I have a big head). So keep working on it AfterShokz, please! Nice tec, but poor features for people who want to make phone calls.

Love these for all day conference calls. They sound better than the older versions and everyone says I sound great to them.

Bought this for my husband, he needs a good quality audio headset that would cut out some of the external noises, and i took a look at this one because i saw that you wear it on the outside of your ear which was perfect for him because he can’t hear anything through his right ear since he was a child, so with the headset he’s able to hear without having it inside of his ear, It’s light, the material is bendable he’s had it for almost 2 months and he loves it!
