Great for wheb you're driving, whether its a short, quick trip or long distance. Quality is exceptional.

A liitle hard to setup, initially, pairing two devices... but once configured works great... wish the volume +/- were more accessible.

Bought this to use for video calls, but half the time it seems like it doesn't work. I can get the headphone portion to work, but the mic won't respond, even though my PC sees that it's connected. Going to try contacting the company for a replacement. Don't know if it's a Zoom issue, a PC issue, or BT dongle issue. Works perfectly with my phone though. Considering all these issues, it's very overpriced. Disappointing.

Really like the headset. It allows me hands free abililty while I work. Have to make sure they are adjusted correctly and I can hear clearly.

Very good voice headset, but best to connect before making and receiving calls to avoiding Bluetooth disconnect. Can pair to 2 devices at once.

Too lose on my head, ear buds don't fit properly. Difficult to hear with external loud noise.

This headset is really surprising. I wondered if it could possibly sound good designed the ways it is. Well, not only does it sound fantastic, but is extremely comfortable, long lasting, and even looks decent while wearing. I am incredibly impressed! I typically start to get fatigued wearing my normal earphones for long periods of time, either simply my ears start to hurt or I even get a headache. But I’ve been able to wear the aftershokz opencomm headset for several hours with no such issues. It’s also extremely nice to be able to still hear my surroundings so I’m not completely isolated. Granted if I want to have the conventional sound isolating experience I still have my other cans for that, but for situations where those aren’t plausible this headset is an amazing option. They include a nice case to keep them in, charging cable, and the headset itself. It’s a very simple and nice package overall. They feel very high in quality, and are water resistant so sweating on them while working is of no concern for me. The only gripe I have is whenever I’m moving my jaw too much the headset doesn’t make full contact anymore and the sound quality changes because of it. It’s something I didn’t think of at all before getting it but is definitely inherent to their design. Not a deal breaker for me by any means, but something to note. Call quality is excellent, the mic is clean and crisp, and the sound I get on the other end is equally good. The battery life is exactly as advertised, I have not yet seen them get to the end before being done anyways and putting them back on the charger. Overall I really like this headset, it is a unique design that has many strengths. I am very happy with it particularly because I now have something I can listen with for extended periods of time with no discomfort, and that is huge for me.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! BUT... you can't connect to PS4 with it, but works great for my PC.

I’m so glad I found this headset for so many reasons. First, it’s very lightweight, you hardly know you have them on. Second, and most important, your caller can hear you perfectly, as if you were talking directly into your phone itself. Their voice comes through to you loud and clear also. And that brings me to another amazing aspect of these headphones. I was not familiar at all with the concept of “bone conduction” devices, that you do not put them in your ears or even over your ears. You place them on your head and its pads are against your temples and yet the sound you hear is clear as a bell. This is not just a novelty, there are two great practical reasons for “bone conduction.’ Your ears are totally open, so that if you must hear the world around you while you talk on the phone there’s nothing blocking your ears. Maybe you’re jogging with traffic around you. You can hear any dangers. And ironically, bone conduction is perfect for just the opposite reason. If you’re in a noisy environment, you can put ear plugs in your ears, blocking out dangerous noise, and yet still hear who you are talking to with “bone conduction!” The Bluetooth pairing was easy. I was nervous at first because the pairing instructions looked complicated, having to hold the “on” button for a certain period of time, then turn it off, then turn it back on and hold the button for another set amount of time. I was surprised and delighted though when I just turned on the headset for the first time I saw its name pop up in my “new Bluetooth device” list on my phone, selected and it connected immediately. No hassle at all. Bottom line, I’d love this device even if it didn’t offer “bone conduction.’ That feature though makes it a must buy if you’re looking for a comfortable, light weight communication headset.

my dad loved his headset i bought it as a gift and he stated the service was very good

Overpriced and just not worth it. Bluetooth cuts out randomly and most people will say they can barely hear you.

I would recommend these to anybody tired of trying to find what I recommend if you are looking for a great set of Bluetooth all around headphones

With a mobile device- it’s not bad- connecting as a full on work from home headset is just annoying. The mute reminder keeps going off to remind you vs when you try to say something so if people are talking you’re constantly reminded you’re muted and can’t hear the other people because of it

very helpful when i make a call or receive calls. i do not like things stuffed in my ears so this unit is great cuz it just wraps around my ear

very Sturdy and with not much to lose or unravel the product is holding up very well so far and as time goes I’ll see how it does

This product is great. I can hear things clearly. Doesn’t fall off while I’m working. Easy to use.

Hubby purchased this and love this. He travels a lot and require the option of free hands. This is a great product that provides just that!
