Great headset, back band needs to be smaller

It's very reliable, sounds great considering the bone conduction. Not for audiophile use but music sounds good enough to enjoy. Really engineered for speech where it performs flawlessly. I wish the band was a bit smaller so I could lean against the back of a chair without the headset being pushed forward.

Good while they lasted

Then they started muting me at random in the middle of every meeting, rendering them useless. I entered a warranty claim, for which they informed me of a known issue with Macs (I do not use a Mac), and said that they want to ship me an adapter for a better connection and "more seamless user experience." The best user experience would be if I could use them without plugging anything into my laptop, since that's one of the reasons I bought these and not something else. I could have gotten something a lot cheaper if I wanted to deal with yet another bluetooth dongle.

Nice headset

They do start to bother the outside bone after wearing them for awhile, so I've learned to "take a break" from them from time to time. Overall, a good choice and I love being able to wear them but still hear what's going on around me.

The where the plastic met the skin irritation occurred and is extremely uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend for long use no problem with the mic or anything like that though
