My daughter loves it! Great sound and simple to use.

I was looking for something I could use with my office computer that I didn't have to put on/take off repeatedly. With the bine induction, I can leave them on when the call is over and hear the radio in the background. I'd give 5-stars if they were sized better for larger heads.

Extremely light weight and comfortable. Sound quality is very good and you can still hear the ambient sounds around you. I can wear this for hours without any issues. Battery life is good for all day and charging is very convenient with magnetic connection. Best headset I've owned for video conferencing.

I wanted to like this but it seemed to mess with my head making me feel dizzy. At some points it seemed fine and I didn't notice it was there which was nice. But other times I would be sitting and would boarderline feel vertigo. For those people without this issue just be aware the headband protrudes behind the head so you can't lean back without it getting pushed. This us good for quiet areas but if you are at the gym or other noisy environments then it's hard to hear. Mic quality is good. That's what I really wanted it for. Maybe it will work for you.

Very light, comfortable and easy to wear for long periods with long battery life. Audio is very clear but vibration can be to intense at high volume. Microphone is very clear for phone calls and video conferencing on the PC. Two big issues for me were: 1. When in mute mode, there is a very loud and constant reminder tone that cannot be adjusted or suppressed. This headset doesn't have a companion app or program so you can never update the firmware to change settings of fix known issues. 2. After a few days I had issues during conference calls on the internet, and regular phone calls with complaints that I sounded robotic. Seemed to also occur on other connected devices. Reset didn't help. Ended up returning it.

Nice headset, but sometimes after extended use, my ears hurt a little. Looking into the effect of long term Bone conduction use. Nonetheless, best if you take it off from time to time. Do not recommend keeping this on all day.

they sound good but I use them at work and the background noise drowns out the music and you have to turn them up all the way to hear the music. They work well outside of work where there is no back ground noise.

We love the iPhone 12 that we bought. So much easier to use then the 7 we had. The head set I got is amazing. I drive a truck for my job and i can hear clearly with completely hands free. The service at my store was great. Thanks so much

Excellent unit for listening to streaming movies without disturbing others. I had a prior first gen Shokz unit that lasted close to 10 years. This was an excellent replacement and is my third Shokz.

Wow! I love these! The boom microphone works great and tucks away nicely when I’m just listening and not talking. I’ve asked several people if they can hear me well, and they all said it was so clear they didn’t even know I was on wireless headphones.

I wanted to love this to use for work trainings I give but the microphone was apparently terrible for those on the other end of the calls. I tried multiple phones and networks. Barely adjustable to move the boom too. Also I get it if the design can't be altered for tech sake, but not being able to adjust the back made it impossible with a chair using a headrest. Otherwise i found the audio to be plenty good and loved the open ear aspects. Hopefully 2.0 version fixing these issues.

Great for 5 months. Then, one day the audio from the microphone was degraded. In order for someone on the opposite end of a call to hear me I would have to scream.

Good battery life, they will outlast your iPhone. Works well with iPhone. Took about a week of heavy use to get comfortable wearing them. People you talk to using them comment how good they sound. They are expensive

I am very impressed. Light, comfortable and great sound. Mic works great. Buttons located in great positions. Only negative is the proprietary charging cord. Why they couldn't just use a usb-c like everything else is beyond me. Everything else so far I love.

Amazing for work im a truck driver they are amazing only con is hard to hear in very noisy environments and battery life is not that great

It vibrates and irritates cheekbones. I cannot hear during phone call. I need to use earplugs . Microphone is good though. They can hear me good.

Does not cancel noise around me very well. The noise of truck can’t hear well.

Prone to ear problems because of ear buds, headphones that don’t go into my ears are a delight. Also able to hear things while listening to podcast is helpful in random conversations with family.

I'm a truck driver and have to have a bluetooth for hands free talking. The only complaint I have is it makes the back of my ears sore, but I wear glasses so no biggie.

These are perfect for Zoom/Teams meetings. The clarity is great and I never get anyone complaining about not being able to hear me.
