This is my first experience with bone conduction technology and I have to say I am impressed. What I especially like is that there is nothing shoved in or on my ears and yet I am still able to make phone calls. Sound quality is fine for phone calls and the microphone does an excellent job of picking up my voice. When not talking the microphone boom can be moved out of the way. The set fits nicely on my larger head the the soft-touch finish doesn't irritate my head the way some other sets have in the past (I'm bald). While heavy when in the packaging it doesn't feel that heavy or unwieldily when worn. Battery life so far has exceeded what the manufacturer claims and that is always a good thing. The included carry case is a nice addition, especially to those like me who travel often for work. My chief complaint is related to that travel for work. Right now my job requires me to be on the road three weeks at a time and now I have a proprietary charger that I have to remember to pack in my bag to charge this. I get it from a design perspective but couldn't they have made the cable USB-C instead of type A? I had to dig out an old USB-A wall wart just to charge this. Over all an excellent headset.

Love it, I been looking for a good headset and when I found these that was it!!

The first thing to mention is that you shouldn't expect high-fidelity sound from bone conduction headsets. In my experience, they aren't suited for that - especially in noisier environments. But if you're working from home and in virtual meetings most of the time, this is a good wireless headset to have. 1) The headset is comfortable. There is no discomfort you would normally feel having a headset in your ears all day. 2) The noise reduction is pretty good. I tested with a TV playing and that sound was filtered out (although less so if I wasn't talking) and louder ambient sounds filtered out even better. 3) Long battery life. I've had this headset on all day (not always in meetings though) and have gone for a day or two without charging. 4) Good connectivity. I never go any complaints of my voice breaking up, except once - but I'm blaming that on my laptop's rather crappy bluetooth. Speaking of which, connectivity is pretty basic and simple - even more so since it has NFC. I also give AfterShokz points for including a sturdy case. Companies often overlook this, but it shows they care...although it's kind of a big case for such a narrow device. If I were to voice any complaint it would be that my voice through the mic is very clear, but also a little tinny or slightly mechanical sounding. But it's a small thing. The mic quality doesn't compare to my USB headset, and that's for understandable reasons, but otherwise it's been the best of all the other wireless headsets I have.

Use this daily for work calls...speaker is good and everyone comments on great mic.

These are awesome for the use of listening to music, etc. but if you try to use them as a Bluetooth for your phone, forget it. You can hear the other party great, but they can’t hear you worth nothing. The microphone does not pick up/transmit sufficiently to be heard properly.

I cannot recommend this product until the beeping on mute issue is resolved. Constant double beeping while on mute in teams.

The volume is not quite loud enough in a noisy environment. People you are talking to on the phone complain about the background noise.

Very disappointed, I had trouble paring for the mutipoint technology!!! No matter what I did it would not work!!! I already have the aeropex headphone, and had no problems setting it up. I had to return the headset, hopefully they will figure out how to get multpoint to work!!!
