The filter works great. the filter is a vary nice size that it fits almost any where

The product is good but I returned it due to confusing advertisement. It only says 900 sq ft and I thought this was Model 5000. When the product arrived, it’s Model 3000 which only covers 500 sq ft. Best Buy is a good company, but the ad is deceiving. Please change the ad!

Best air purifier I've ever bought, but I give it 4 stars because of the price.

The product works great and works exactly as described. We ordered a few of these for around our office to help with the purification of the air now that we are beginning to return to work after remote working for so long.

This was sent to a client that says it works amazing and can already tell the difference with his breathing as he has severe allergies.

This is a great air purifier for a reasonable price. This is the second unit I am ordering from Best Buy. Highly recommended

My Gym owner has 4 units now inclusive of the one I purchased. Cleans the air well in general and hopefully will help prevent any airborne viruses from easily lingering around.

Works in the basement but is not able to remove the new dust home smells.

Seems like it works well. Not sure how to tell if it's better or not, but with a cat and dog, I can say all of our allergies seem better!

Expect the an expected. All I can say is I love this product

I have only had my purifiers for 2 days and can tell a difference. I purchased 2 because my home is always dusty and I have 2 fur babies. Initially I was skeptical because best buy didn't offer Geek Squad Protection so I am following my gut on this one. I only opened 1 at first because I wanted to test it out before opening both. I was so impressed because i could tell a difference the same day. The indicator light was red for a while because while sweeping and mopping the air was filled with dust. After about 10 minutes it turned orange and after 10 minutes of being orange it turned blue. I had it set on the automatic and the more i swept the higher the fan blew. I was so impressed I opened the 2nd unit and placed it in my bedroom because my wife has allergies and coughs throughout the night. Last night she did not cough at all so hopefully this unit will not let me down.

Quiet, light, sleek, and quickly I notice a freshness that I longed for in my house. Plus, I know it is working as my whole family feels better, is less congested, and our allergies feel mitigated. You will be so happy and grateful with this purchase!

This product is simply great! Buy it from Bestbuy and save money. It works and kills all kinds of germs and dust.

DON'T BUY! Filter off-gases plastic smell continually. Bought the small 400 sq. ft. unit. The smell of plastic coming from the inner filter is intolerable! The black inner filter is fabricated with black plastic on the inside and outside of the cylinder. The smell from is toxic. They replaced our first unit with another. We thought it was better because the first one was so bad, but after running the replacement for several hours while we were out, we came back and could not stay in the room because the smell was so bad. There is something wrong with their fabrication. DON’T BUY! We will post this review in as many places as we can find, hoping to save other people from this costly and toxic mistake.
