I have tried a couple e-gift card services. The other services their whole business model is set up as e-gift or virtual cards products. Best Buy in my opinion having physical or e-gift cards is a bonus but that's not their main line of service. I did not even know they had gifts and in such a variety to choose from, then to find out they also had e-gift cards. I just knew if the companies online that were e-gift card focused could not get my e-gift card as promised and promoted "instant turned into 24-48 hours after they had your purchase processed and money already tied up from your bank account as "pending" to keep you locked in the purchase" then what could best buy do that would be any better. You want to know what they did, done, and have continued to do. DO IT BETTER, DO IT INSTANTLY "as stated", and even give you purchase points to use in their store. Come on now where they do that at. You mean I spend money and essentially get money back. When I say instantly, within 5 minutes my e-gift card was ready to be downloaded and used. That's speaks for itself. THANKS BESTBUY for giving me my Best Buy and delivering as stated.
