Product was excellent for what it is, few points to make clear- it doesn’t drain the tank, it holds till full and shuts off. If you have pets or elderly people whom can’t lift this massive 80 pounds up to release all that water. Probably shouldn’t buy this. For all others. Make sure you check everything, my window / hose attachment showed up broken and the hose kept falling out. The remote was missing along with the manual. I found out if you hold the fan speed selector when it’s on high will get the oscillating feature to start “ very nice option “ So I’ve since returned the other wards awesome a/c as these are all issues that kept me from being able to use it as designed.

Easy to use, fast cooling, easy maintenance and easy instructions

This is a huge unit. Very heavy, but once unpacked it can be easy move on its casters. It's relatively quiet given the sq. ft. it is designed to cool. I've found that the air conditioning mode is less affective than the dehumidifier mode. This may be because of my 2nd fl. open concept apt. design, which also has an open stairwell. Consequently, it doesn't cool the area as efficiently as I would like.

I used this in 750 sq foot garage to keep dog cool while i had company. It was late August and very hot record weather. I ran it for 4 days continually and it kept the temp perfect in garage. Not ice cold considering the conditions but it kept dog cool and worked! Very low maintenance. I had a good experience with this unit.

Its sorta loud when it turns on and off but keeps the room good

Has made my bedroom bearable for the summer! Directing the air from my bedroom into my hallway with a fan helps cool my 900sq ft apartment significantly! The bedroom definitely stays the coldest but the entire apartment is able to stay fairly regulated, love the unit!

Got on sale. Love it works great. They lowered price less than 2 weeks later and Best Buy refunded me the difference. Love it cools down quickly, works great!

Excellent Air conditioner! Runs Smoothly without noise. Cools the desired place fast and dehumidifier works great too. I will recommend this air conditioner

very good, keeps the room very cool. drain hose was NOT included so that is something to think about if you buy this

nice unit, and it works too. A previous one I purchased elsewhere did not produce cold air. This certainly pours out the cold air.

This air conditioner puts out some great cool air but when you turn it in one direction, or turn the speed above low, it rattles horribly. We will be returning it

Wouldn't waste your money on this. Mine was defective and had interior damage done to coils

Overall works pretty well. It still struggles a bit to do a full 500sqft, but the air it pumps out is definitely cool.
