This coffee maker is exactly what I needed for our home. It is just enough for the 3 of us to have some coffee in the morning. We do like the k cups but also wanted the option to make a whole pot for guests or gatherings. This brings both together in one machine. It was simple to setup right out of the box and get going. I washed it all out and seems easy enough to clean when that is needed. Not too many parts or fancy buttons which I like. It makes a really great cup or pot of coffee on demand. Easy to fill opening and simple design to put the coffee grinds in and start up. Nice strong and sturdy design so it does not tip over with the animals or by accident. I love the stainless-steel look for our kitchen and polishes quickly. I need coffee on the go in the mornings and this delivers. I also appreciate the warming feature to keep the coffee warm for hours. It brews fast and tastes great.

I love the fact that I can make a full pot of coffee and have an option of using a single K cup. This is a game changer for my morning solo or with my family. The coffee is super hot after brewing just how I like it. I am very pleased with this item.

This is very easy to use. Looks great on the counter. Directions are easy to follow. And makes delicious coffee!

This is a very good coffee center. I like having the choice on a single cup of coffee, using pods, being able to make a full pot to share with friends. It covers it all. I like the programable feature. The auto shut off warmer is perfect to have. It has a reusable filters. And O am excited about the cleanimg alert. It is also very fast brewing. I really like this.

Only problem is adding water eveytime for pods not really hot enough take little time to drip

When you make a single cup, it’s not that hot. I have to warm my cup in the microwave, but the carafe side makes hot coffee. In audition, The icon to make a single cup of coffee on the right has already gone out it’s not lit any longer.

Quit working after 4 months and is beyond return date.
