Great For Glasses!

I’ve tried dozens of different masks over the last few years – all sorts of different materials, both reusable and disposable. The Airpop Light SE is one of the most interesting designs I’ve used. Sure, it’s stylish, but it also has some cool bells and whistles. These use a triple layer construction and claim a 99.3% particle filtration and 99.9% bacterial filtration. The best part about these though is the soft (silicone?) bridge seal around the nose. These are the masks for glasses wearers. Make sure to flip the seal up and pull it down on the top of your nose. Each mask also includes soft strap adjustment clips to help ensure a secure fit.
Strangely, I don’t really know exactly how to label these when it comes to re-usability. It’s stated that they can be worn up to 40 hours before being washed but shouldn’t be washed more than 10 times. Make note that with each wash filtration efficiency is reduced. Refer to the website for more information on cleaning and maintenance.
High quality long wear disposable mask – perfect choice for glasses wearers who won’t cut corners.

Top of the line mask

I have worn several different masks over the past year or so, and none of them have been as nice to wear as the AIRPOP Light SE Masks. The masks come in a 4 pack, and are black on the outside. They look very nice. Each mask is made from a very light material which feels lighter than your typical cloth mask. I wore it for long periods of time at work and it never made my face feel sweaty or clammy. It also feels like it provides more coverage area than the average mask. For me, there were 2 features that made a difference. First, each mask has a slidable tightener on each ear loop that feels very durable. The tightener didn't slip back to the loosest position easily either, which I liked. The second feature is a plyable nose guard that can flip up for people that wear glasses like me. It made the mask and eye glasses combo feel bearable for the first time. It is light, it works well, and it has nice features. I would recommend the AIRPOP Light SE Masks for anybody looking for a mask that is functional while helping you to forget that you are wearing a mask in the first place.

A good mask unless you have a large face...

I received this product in exchange for my fair and unbiased review.
The AirPOP Light SE fast mask works exactly like you hoped it would. However, there is a catch - if you have a larger face, it won’t be large enough for you.
The masks themselves are comfortable to wear and do a good job of sealing to your face. The packaging claims they’re good for up to 40 hours of usage, so you’ll typically get 5 workdays out of one mask, unlike other disposable paper straws. They’re also extremely breathable - if honestly felt like nothing was there.
The drawback, of course, is “One Size Fits Most” doesn’t mean “One Size Fits All”. In my case, the masks are ultimately too small. I could wear them under a larger cloth mask, but all of my masks collapse the AirPop Light SE, so that doesn’t work for me. However, they fit my wife and my 9 year old fine.
Would I recommend this? If you don’t have a large face? Yes. If you have a large face, however, these won’t fit right. If you can catch them on sale, stock up on them.

Upgraded Disposable Mask

The AIRPOP LIGHT SE Mask is an upgraded extended wear version of the disposable non-medical facemask. The mask comes in a 4-pack and is advertised for “up to 40 hours total use”. It is matte black in color, visually appealing, and made of a material described as “nonwoven” which feels like a cross between paper and cloth. The material is smooth and non-irritating on the inside which is a huge plus compared to the feel of most other disposable masks that I have tried (and I have tried lots). This mask conforms very closely to the contours of my face, which I would describe as an average-sized woman’s face. I’m unsure how well it would fit the face of someone of a larger stature or bigger bone structure. The nosepiece of the mask has an “ergo-flex seal”. This is a rubbery, air-filled pillow that helps securely seal the top edge of the mask to your nose and cheeks. This allows for more comfortable breathing because it creates an open space inside the mask that does not collapse during inhalations. Please note that this "ergo flex seal" may interfere with the way that your glasses are able to sit on your nose. The ear bands are 200mm long, made of soft polyester that did not cause irritation behind my ears, and has a soft touch EVA bead that allows for easy adjustment. The length of the ear bands is not extendable beyond the 200mm length so it may not be a one size fits all product. Overall this mask is very nice and is a definite upgrade on the disposable mask.

I wish these were re-usable. The masks are really comfortable and they have enough spacing to not touch my mouth.

Good Masks - not easily washable

These masks fit well and are comfortable. They cannot be machine washed so are not easily reusable. They say 40 hr use so I would say acceptable for 2 day use (maybe more if you sparingly wear them like me) before washing or trashing
They have a silicone-like nose guard I assume is there to keep it from sliding around. It was comfortable enough for me but may bother others.
They are average to large size. They fit my face fine, but were too large for my middle schooler.
They are not medical grade so the same as most 2-layer face masks that most non-medical people wear (not N95 etc.)
Cleaning directions I found online (did not come with the masks) say clean by hand with alcohol and air dry
They do come with adjustable straps.
The semi-rigid foam feel keeps a good shape for good coverage.

Major concerns - make sure you have a small nose!

The AirPop mask is comfortable solidly constructed. There are plastic clasps around the ear loops that enable you to adjust the fit of the mask, which is a feature that ought to be mandatory.
However, the gelatin piece used to cushion the bridge of the nose continually permits air to escape through the upper part of the mask. As a glasses wearer, I was given regular reminders of this through my glasses continually fogging up. If this were a mask simply used to screen out pollen or low-level airborne threats, this would merely be a nuisance. But escaping air is a warning sign that a mask's seal is inadequate to ward off the more dangerous threats, such as Covid, that necessitate a lot of mask wearing in the first place. In oorder to prevent the spread of coronavirus, masks must retain a tight seal over the face and nose, and escaping air is indicative of leakage that compromises safety. I repositioned this mask multiple times over my face, and I adjusted the claps over the ear loops many times to prevent this air leakage, but I simply could not stop it. Perhaps I have an exceptionally large nose and my experience wasn't the same as an average user's would be. This serious design flaw is all the more upsetting, because everything else about the mask's build and construction is laudable. The material is solid and does permit comfortable air flow, and is much more durable than standard disposable surgical masks. The material comes close to cloth-grade, but is made of multiple permeable layers that filter incoming air while simultaneously permitting better flow. The material also seems durable and strong; I don't imagine this would rip or tear the same way that cheap paper masks would. The adjustable ear clasps are also excellent at securing the right fit for the face portion of the mask.
This would be a five-star item, if it weren't for the nagging problem of the cushioned nose piece compromising the mask seal and permitting too much air leakage from the top part of the mask. If you have a smaller nose, perhaps, this is the mask for you. But if you have an average-large nose (as I apparently do), the continual air leakagke will not only provide a constant fogging problem, but make you worry constantly that the mask is offering no protection. This is a real shame, because without this problem, the mask would be very good. Buyer beware.

Scratchy and uncomfortable

I personally wasn't a fan of these face masks.
I found them to be quite scratchy at the edges and uncomfortable. The edges rub like sandpaper against my cheeks, and the sensation is quite unpleasant.
The masks have a silicone nose piece to ensure a proper seal and fit and to prevent your glasses from steaming up. No matter how I positioned my nose against the nose piece, I couldn't get the mask to fit comfortably.
I honestly couldn't wear these for more than fifteen minutes at a time.
These masks are okay for a quick trip into a store, but I would not recommend them for wearing all day at work or school.

I would write the zero if I could. I purchased masks and they sent me the wrong item. They do not have a phone number for customer service so I sent them an email to let them know they had sent the wrong product. I did not hear back so I purchased the inserts to go with the mask that they had incorrectly sent me. When I put them together, they were way too big for my face and so I wanted to return to everything. I contacted them again via their customer service form and did not hear back.

Great quality and fits comfortably. I was worried that it may be harder to breathe in a kn95 mask but that is not the case with this mask. It’s lightweight and can breathe easy.

Great for adults and kids. Both fit close around the face area and was very secure. These were the best masks I have seen for my kids to wear to school.

I love love love these airpop masks! They're so easy to breathe in and I feel much safer wearing them than I do a cloth mask. I've gone through multiple packs and I have them all over. I can't live without them these days!

Very uncomfortable & poor quality

This is the most uncomfortable mask I've ever used. The plastic thingy that sits on the bridge of my nose is bulky, so I cannot wear my glasses!! Even without wearing glasses it is uncomfortable, because the plastic doesn't sit flat. The overall quality is also poor, I can tell this will easily rip. What a waste of money.
