Great movie, absolutely love it on Blu-ray. This is one of the originals in my anime collection, I had it on VHS, so to have it on Blu-ray now is pretty wonderful.

My 17 year old son loves this. Great price from BB as usual!

Finally on Blu-Ray, this is 80's classic that introduced many of us to the amazing animated cinematic work coming out of Japan -- It can't be beat!

Every time I see this movie, I get more and more from it. To see it remastered like this is just astonishing. A beautiful film looks abs sounds even better.

Great anime even though its a little bit confusing to follow. But overall great animation and look of the movie. A live action version would look awesome

If you haven't heard of Akira then you're doing everything wrong. Akira is a MUST for any fan of anime. It's inspired plenty a movie and show. Do yourself a favor and get this movie.

Akira still holds up to any anime in the market. The story is very complex, but there are three audio tracks to help with the comprehension of the story.
