The chair is nkt woth the full price i got it on sale for 299. And i dont really thinknits worth that much. I will not but another because of the arm rests are hard as a brick.

The chair has balance issues and you are more likely to tip the chair over if you are sitting slightly forward on it then most chairs. If you use wired headphones the cord gets caught where the arm rest is because it is a more free floating arm rest and is not connected to the back. After a little over a year the back of the chair has already broke and I use my chair about 2 hours a day.

The hydraulics in the chair lift do not work. In addition, the arms are a hard plastic and move in a jerking motion with every move. We will be returning this, absolutely not worth the costy

Sure this is a sturdy chair but there are more comfortable and sturdy chairs for half the price of this one. Don't even bother with this POS

It feels real cheap for the price, and it is pretty high to have comfortable clearance for my knee, and you need be careful from tipping

I'm 6'5" and weigh about 275lbs and thought this chair would be a great fit for me, and I was right. Solid build, great adjustments from arm rests to back rest to height, everything I would want from a chair. The head/neck pillow and the lumbar pillow are great accessories as well. I use the head/neck pillow all the time when I start to get a little drowsy I'll just tilt back a bit and the pillow holds my head nicely in place and take a nice power nap. I've had this chair for just over 2 years now and the back rest frame started bending/breaking on me near the attachment point on the right side. It took about a month before I really started to actually notice it and then it gave quite a bit. I went to AKRacing's website and filled out their Warranty Claim Form and submitted it on Sunday December 25th, 2022. Two days later I got a reply (totally acceptable since most places had Monday off as the observed Christmas day off) asking for a copy of the receipt, photos of the damage, a shipping address, and my phone number. Replied back to that email with all the info and got a reply back from them within a few hours. They said they would be sending be a replacement backrest, but it was on back order by about 2-3 weeks. The replacement showed up on January 14th, 2023 and the chair is like new again. So right in the middle of that 2-3 week window I was told. I am very satisfied with this chair and was really satisfied by their customer service and how quick and easy it was for me to get parts replaced under warranty.

Just a warning, this model has a defective frame and the seat WILL eventually break with moderate use. Warranty Support has been slow and it took 4 days to be told that they're aware of the problem but there is a long waiting list to receive their new and improved non-defective model. Yeah... sure thing.

The shipped item was missing 3 bolts in the bottom, and they weren't found loose in the box so I'm not sure what happened there. The only one that did remain was loosely screwed in. I'm using some bolts of similar size but very short in the interim until I figure out what size I need.
