Super easy to assemble, took maybe 15 mins to completely put together. Quality is definitely top tier, very sturdy and comfortable to sit in for hours. The head and lumbar pillows are easy to adjust and stay in place, cushion quality is sturdy but comfortable. Nothing at all that I can complain about, 100% worth the price.

Great chair very comfortable and well made. Best value on sale but still decent product for original price. The only negative thing I can speak on so far are the armrests kind of short (No Biggie) lol. And I'm 6'2 280 with plenty of room to spare overall awesome chair. A Big Guy chair finally.

The chair is very comfortable with good back and neck support, the assembly process is quite easy though the pictures on the included paper instructions are quite small. This is a link to the assembling video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBQQVhlA6y0

6 months later and the chair is doing well. Still super comfy, little signs of wear and tear even with everyday use from 3-14 hours. I'm a big guy at 350Lbs and I like that this chair is holding up well compared to the cheap $100 options. Price: A bit expensive but so far, I think it's a good investment. Material: Sturdy with only a few nit-picks on the quality. The arm rests are annoying and made of plastic but the rest of the chair is pretty good. Overall: I like it and would recommend it for people on the heavy side that want a chair that is reliable. I hope to have this chair for 2-3 years before needing to consider replacing it but 6-months in and I think it might actually make it that long if not longer.

I bought this with intent to do streaming. It has plenty of space to fit my large frame. It's the first chair i can completely sit back in and have support for my thighs as well as room on each side.

After trying to find a chair that offered everything I needed and wanted this is it. I’m a big girl and I wanted a chair that would last for a long time. When sitting in chair I don’t feel cramped or that I have to squeeze myself into. In fact, I almost feel like Lilly Tomlins character Edith Ann sitting in this chair but in a Star Trek universe

Im 6’2 250 lbs and this chair is perfect. I bought it a week ago and I still can’t fathom how they made this to fit so good. All 3 metal bars on bottom evenly distributed. Padding is perfect for gaming. Its not super soft were you sweat in it, and its not super tough that it makes you feel like sitting on concrete. Its just a durable chair. Well worth any amount of money you throw at it. Because with the weight of the chair (20-30 lbs) makes it so nice for everything gaming. First the first time in my life, my feet are not permanently touching the ground. 3 words. Really Nicely Built 9/10 wish the price was at least $50 dollars cheaper to say the least but its ok.

It is a Tank. I mean it is a very solid build. I have been able to adjust the height and arm length to my body build. Im 6ft 2inches and 300 lbs. The seat is not super soft but soft firm feel. I think it is a great chair to consider. Oh yes it also helps with your body posture while sitting in it. Personally, im very pleased with this purchase. Its worth the cost. Its was easy to put together also. 30 minutes maybe.

This is a high quality chair used in my "work from home" office, which is also my blogging and gaming spot in the evenings. It is easily the most comfortable office chair I have ever had. I do not get tired or sore from extended sessions. The chair is adjustable in all important ways. The high back is co.fortable and supportive, especially with the lumbar and head cushions in place. It is solidly built and can handle a good sized side of beef, up to 400 pounds. I am 5' 10" and almost 300 pounds. No problems with comfort, durability, or quality. Superb purchase.

I really wanted to get the EWin Flash XL. But that wasn't happening for another 2-3 months. That chair just wasn't available. This was the closest thing to that one. So, I felt very fortunate that this chair was still available at Best Buy. This 'MAX' is an excellent chair. Many specs as well as the quality, AKRacing has built a great chair that stands up against EWin's Flash XL or anyone else. All in all, I'm rating this bad boy tops in class.

The most comfortable chair I have sat in. Feels like a throne. Not a small guy 5'11 270 but this chair is insane how solid and comfortable it is. I do sim racing and the adjustments this has built in can fit just about everyone and be very comfortable, love that I was able to add a buttkicker to the post and still be in the perfect position for my sim racing stand. Simple easy to put together and extremely durable, high quality materials and feels like a tank but very comfortable for longer gaming sessions

My 13-year-old office chair did not cut it with my new work-from-home lifestyle, I leaned over and heard the wood base tear away from the base. I researched a lot and it came down to this chair and an Amazon off brand for "big" people . I am fat, 5'11" and 300 pounds. I decided budget was more important and first tried going with a budget chair. I was happy with that chair for about 2 hours but It made my butt go numb and made it hurt to sit in other chairs. I ended up working in my recliner for two weeks before I decided it was time to get this chair. Box came in good condition. Note: I am not a monster and would not review a chair poorly if the packaging was damaged in transit. Box was heavy (no surprise with a metal frame and base). Instructions were clear and easy to follow, with the exception of the clip for tightening the lumbar pillow. I had to find a video to figure it out (5 minutes of work to find a video that made me go "well duh, you are dumb"). Putting the chair together was fairly simple and straight forward. My only complaint was one of the holes to attach the base to the bottom of the seat cushion had one hole that was slightly off and of course it was the last bolt to put in. After removing the other three and adjusting I was able to get them all in without damaging the threads. I was able to successfully able to secure the seat to the base. First sitting in the chair I was surprised at how comfortable it was but also how FRIGGEN HUGE it is. Again, I am a fat guy, but I am gut fat, not butt fat. I could almost fit myself and my 7-year-old daughter next to me....almost. The recline option works great. The Rock & Lock feature works better than advertised. I couldn't reach to rocking tension knob while sitting, but It turned as you would expect and I got it set to the rocking tension I wanted. When I used the chair to sit in front of my tv I was able to rock the seat back and lock it in place to maximize my comfort with my ottoman to prop my legs up while playing. The thing that surprised me most was the lack of wiggle or squeak. The off brand racer I got, wiggled and squeaked. This thing is a rock, I can make the chair roll back and forth but NO movement from the seat or frame. The 4D armrests are good, but I do wish I could move them back more for propping my elbows while holding my PS4 controller while reclined back. I was able to make it work by adjusting the backrest angle and the seat angle and turning the armrests in as far as they would go. Not as adjustable as my work office chair but I cannot in good conscience knock points off on a $380 chair that does it's job well but not as good at a $2500 ergonomic office chair that weighs twice as much. All in all in the limited time I have had this chair I am beyond pleased with the chair and I will do my best to post a follow up in 6-12 months. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

Love this chair. I’m 6’4” and I can finally lean my head back against a comfortable gaming/office chair. Everything is premium quality on this chair. On their website it says this chair can accommodate up to 6’6” and I would have to agree with that. Everything is adjustable. It has a lever that lets you lean back and affix it to any recline you desire. It’s very ergonomic for tall people like myself. I’ve been in office chairs for over 26 years and this is the most comfortable chair I have sat in. Worth every penny

My daughter is off to college and this review is based on what she has told me about it. I bought this for my daughter because her old chair was falling apart. In fact, her old chair started falling apart a few months after using it. She says that it's a lot more comfortable and the material feels of better quality. She's very happy with it.

I was very reluctant to swap from cushy executive style chairs to a gaming one, but this one has been great. I needed a big & tall style chair and a lot of gaming ones I see are meant for smaller frames... not this one! Feels very very solidly built, so as long as the padding holds up over the years, then you couldn't find a happier customer (with small exception to the price, but you often get what you pay for).
